About this property

Comfortable Cottage Located Directly On The Water With Large Wrap Around Deck

Cottage is located on Molasses Pond which is 3 miles long. Waterfront living at its finest with a large wrap around deck to enjoy the loons, ducks and eagles etc. Wharf is attached to the deck for excellent swimming, fishing and boating, large enough to accommodate watercraft . There is a fire pit for evening enjoyment . Boating enthusiast will like our proximity to public boat ramp. ATV access trails nearby. This camp is not too intimidating for 2 people but will accommodate 8 . Heated and cooled by a heat pump system plus a wall mounted gas heater in the kitchen . Artisian well, and shed to store bikes etc. Beach towels not provided. Small local store with lunch counter only 10 miles away. Seafood and fresh vegetables available locally.

Overall the cottage accommodated us perfectly. The two decks came in handy as well as the gas grill. There was plenty of kitchen wares to make meals and a bathroom with shower worked great. We met the owners in our check out and they are very nice people. We would highly recommend this cottage

My children loved this stay, the had so much fun, plenty of room in the camp, the deck was a hit when we weren’t in the water, the surrounding areas were perfect for exploring. We had a great time spending the Fourth of July here! Would love to make it a yearly trip.

Nice cabin on the pond

The cabin is in a great location. It’s right on a pond with a nice dock. It has a nice roomy kitchen, comfy bedrooms and a nice living room in which to relax. Outdoor space is very nice with direct access to the pond. Hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Disappointing that there was little privacy at this site. Plenty of space, and porch bed is nice and firm. Trip hazards abound though with steps going to decks and varying floor heights. Nice and close to the water. Kitchen could be better appointed. Random selection of leds outside affected depth perception at night. More trip hazards. Active mice in walls.
