Gorgeous Renovated Cottage in Heart of Victor Harbor

“Sandy Feet” has just had a full and fabulous renovation. It is utterly gorgeous from the hanging chair and pink double doors on the front porch to the stylish interior and delightful back garden. This is a gorgeous and very unique character-filled holiday home that will welcome and delight every guest. You will love the outdoor bath and shower!

The cottage is located within 200M of the beach, 5 mins to pubs, cafes and restaurants in Victor Harbor, 3 mins to the local shopping centre and much more! This is the ideal base to explore all that Victor has to offer.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine, waffle maker and blender. There is a cute dining nook with a bench seat in the original part of the cottage that exudes history and ambience. The bathroom is brand new with a large walk-in shower.

For entertainment, there are two TVs, free WiFi for guests, Netflix (self-login), books and board games. There is a cute cubby house for kids in the backyard.

For guest comfort, the property has a reverse cycle air-cond system, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows:

Bedroom 1: King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Double (sleeps 2)
Sleepout: Single Bunks (sleeps 2)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Please note that the sleepout is not a full bedroom, but incorporates bunk beds in a room that doubles as the laundry.

The rear yard is fully enclosed to a height of 1.8M with colour bond fencing and a gate. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
