Great rental near to the Edison and Ford Estate and short walk to the coffee shops and restaurants downtown. Bucky, the host, was helpful with the beach supplies. Unit was clean and orderly.

Vacation getaway

Great location, nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The hot tub and beach chairs were an added plus. Our apartment was very clean. We had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Great Get-away From the snowy tundra

Great location to downtown Fort Myers to walk or drive. Very comfortable and clean stay. Anything you could think of was provided. Owner was very helpful. Definitely a five stars from us and would stay at again!

Comfortable and well appointed

We loved the location and convenience! Grocery, brewery, restaurants, and attractions all an easy walk. Well furnished apartment with many nice touches. And, comfortable seating areas in front and back yard.

Very nice property- just as shown on line. The owner met us & made sure we were comfortable. She told us about the area, restaurants etc. She was very accommodating The yard was beautiful & we had a nice stay

Perfect spot for visiting downtown fort meyers

Cleo is super nice and very accommodating. Provides extra little touches, like laundry soap for the washing machine, bicycles and beach towels and chairs. She even made us key lime pie! It's in a nice little neighborhood perfect for walking downtown, to the Edison Ford Estate, the grocery store, Bennetts coffee shop (with the best made from scratch donuts in the world) and restaurants and a brewery all within 3 or 4 blocks. Plus a beautiful quiet backyard to relax in! We'll be back.

Would definitely stay again

Cleo is very accommodating with all she has to offer. She has a book including all the popular areas and even goes over it with you. She also provides beach necessities that you can borrow which was super inconvenient! It was all we needed for our stay. Will def recommend Cleo and the area!

Great host!

I booked this unit for my daughter for temporary housing and needed to extend. The owner was more than accommodating. Ms Cloe is an exceptional host. My daughter loves this little apartment. She says it is cozy and was clean on her arrival.

Lovely apartment

Great location for exploring the region. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable. Cleo is a very welcoming host, taking lots of time to show us everything in the apartment and answering all of our questions about the area. She has put together an extensive binder full of of info and maps on restaurants, etc.

Fort Myers Vacation

Our little vacation home was centrally located that it made it very easy to travel to & from our destinations. Very nice to have beach towels/chairs & umbrella there to take to beach. 90 is a bit hot for us since we are use to the teens or lower. Cleo was very informative & met us when we arrived. Great quiet place to stay in Fort Myers!

Excellent Property

My husband and I stayed here because it was close to my friend's house in Ft. Myers. It is also close to the downtown area. It was quiet and clean.....excellent accommodations. I would highly recommend!

Cleo was amazing!!! She was so helpful and very responsive to anything I needed

The service Cleo gave me was beyond! She was amazing with everything! I couldn’t thank her enough. The room was great as well, everything was nicely cleaned and it also had everything you needed! An easy 20/10. Definitely will book with her again!

Enjoyed Our Break in Ft. Myers!!

My wife and I spent 5 happy days in Green Palm Villa recently. Very quiet part of the town, not too far from the downtown shops and restaurants. Not exactly walking distance though, but we had a car and it took just 5 minutes to downtown. There was ample parking in front of the villa. Our suite had a nice living room, bedroom and bath. The living room has everything you need - from salt & pepper, plates, cups, mugs, coffee machine ( we took our own ground coffee with us ), microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, TV, induction cooker, spoons, forks, flashlight, candle ........... I could go on and on! The suite is air conditioned. It was very comfortable during the nights. There is a Publix store within walking distance for all grocery needs. Cleo the owner was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Location, Location, Location

Location, near downtown, is great. Accommodations more than ample. Cleo, the owner, is super-nice and helpful in every imaginable way. Hot tub, outdoor grill and laundry facilities make this a great economical as well as comfortable place to stay. Only downside is that the two upstairs apartments are on one thermostat, and if neighbors like it hot (like 1/2 the time I was there) it is hard to find a common ground.

Charmant séjour

Très bel endroit, propre et fonctionnel. Une belle cour arrière bien aménagée avec BBQ et SPA (un peu trop chaud). Pas de piscine. Accès seulement par l’avant de la maison, un peu loin pour faire un faire un souper au BBQ. De plus, les fenêtres de l’appartement n’ouvrent pas mais air climatisé et chauffage toujours actifs. Thank you!

Sunny Fort Myers

The suite is compact but had everything I needed and the location 2 blocks off of downtown Fort Myers is great. The entire house has been repaired and upgraded and all very nicely done. The owners take great pride in the appearance and upkeep of the house and it is extremely clean. The backyard is absolutely a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon---reading, napping with all kinds of tables, chairs surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. The best part the owners are perfect to work with and very friendly.
