Scenic ABOVE GROUND 2 bedroom walkout suite in an executive home, in desirable East Abbotsford, that overlooks Delair Park. Has a landscaped back-yard, hot-tub and above ground pool to fight off the hot summer days, all located within 5 min. of Castle Fun Park, restaurants, and other amenities.

This suite INCLUDES:

- 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower

We were so pleased with our stay. The suite was exactly as shown on the listing and the mountain views from the porch were amazing! The suite was very clean and well stocked and the hosts were available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely return on any follow-up travel we have to Abbotsford!

The property was in a convenient location to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store. The hosts provided everything that was needed, kitchen wares, spices, detergent for laundry, linens, extra towels, anything you could potentially need. The indoor and outdoor space was well kept, clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the whole family. The hosts were gracious and very helpful.

one week stay

I am local to Abbotsford. However this was booked for out of town family. All seniors. They had never stayed at a VRBO and were very impressed. Overall comment from them: We'd stay there again and recommend. I concur

Exactly as presented- hosts are lovely people-social but also completely respect your privacy and want to make sure anything you could require to just ask - which we needed nothing- hot tub was a great way to have morning coffee and a red wine at days end- we will return

Abbotsford Guest Suite

The space is exactly as advertised and looks like the photos. The hot tub was a lovely extra on a cool weekend. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded to questions. Sheldon (a fellow cyclist) helped us to secure our bikes for extra peace of mind. Would recommend and will return here in the future.

Spacious 2 bedroom

The host was very kind and responsive. The space is very roomy and well equipped. The hot tub lid is heavy but they offered to remove and recover it for us. It is a walkout basement entry. The suite is in the basement and sound proofing of footsteps and items dropping above Is poor. There is also traffic noise from the street below. All in all I give it a good rating.

If could give 10 stars I would. The hosts were hospitable and kind. Due to the area being surrounded by farmland it facilitated a back country breeze but this was not constant. The property was immaculate and the amenities made the stay during a hot summer all the better. Will definitely be booking here again.

Enjoyed a great relaxing couple of days while visiting Abbotsford and surrounding area. Coffee in the morning overlooking the sports field was awesome. Very hospitable, everything was at the suite that we needed.
