VERY NICE ACCOMMODATION

It was very nice waking up to that view in the moring, the pictures were very accurate what you see is what you truly get. My children and their friends enjoyed the amenities asdidi we.

Great House!

We booked this house for an annual father/kids trip. Everything you need is there, basketball court and billiards and arcade games were awesome. Host was helpful, friendly and responsive.

Amazing house.

I only stayed with a small group but wished I stayed for more nights to be able to enjoy everything available. The host was great to communicate with the whole process.

Fun stay

Our multigenerational family of 13 had a great 3 day stay. Loads of things to do, though the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy all the outdoor activities, there was plenty to do inside. Lots of space for everyone. Thanks David for being such a responsive host and answering our questions.

Wonderland was wonderful!

My family, 27 of us, had a great time staying at Wonderland for our family reunion. We enjoyed the lodging, the grounds and all that Chilliwack had to offer. David is a wonderful host, and was very receptive to any of our needs. Thanks David!

Xmas stay

The property was great for our family Xmas. Only issues was the amount and quality of the cooking/dining supplies especially for such a large group. Fortunately we brought our own serving dishes/cooking pans otherwise it would have been a challenge to cook meals.

80 the Birthday celebration

From age 6 - 80+ we all had a blast. It was a perfect place for an active, loving family to spend time together. Thanks David for promptly looking after our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend stay

Our stay consisted of four families with young children (ages 2 to 7). Host was always quick to respond. There were lots of rules but nothing unreasonable.

Family of four

We knew that this place was commonly used by bigger groups. That being said, we had a wonderful time. The kids absolutely loved the place. David was a great host. We would be pleased to recommend this location to any and all groups, including, like us, the family of four.

The best getaway yet!

My friend and I celebrated our birthdays with a group of 25 of our friends. David’s place was absolutely magical and our entire group had the best time. We will definitely be booking one of David’s properties again in the future. Best birthday to date!

Superb Experience!!

The location of the property offered a spectacular view! Host was friendly and attentive! Everything was very clean and well-organized. Close enough to many tourist locations to drive there easily in a short period of time. The many rooms in the house, with close bathrooms in every area, made it very easy to find space for sleeping babies, movie watchers, and those wanting to play the video machines. Lots to do both indoors and out! We would definitely recommend this property and the host to anyone with a large or extended family, like ours!

Bachelor Party

This place was amazing. All the amenities you could ask for. No negative things to say about this property. The host was very nice to order a Pay-per-view event for us as well. Only takeaway of this place. Hot water is HOT, shower in Red room does not produce hot water. Other than that, you’re able to use any of the other 3 showers in the place.

Not what we expected

Property is old and not well maintained. Kitchen is small for large group. Too many stairs for elderly. Musty smell in rooms. Attic room too hot to sleep in. Broken/missing outdoor equipments. Fire pit overlooking the beautiful nightlights is a plus. Overall underwhelming.

July 2023 Stay

We were a large group for a family reunion with children from 1-12. The house was packed with games for kids to play with which kept them entertained for all 4 days! The house had plenty of towels/soaps so we didn't need to bring our own toiletries. There is also 2 laundry machines for those who are need! David was responsive and great to communicate with! A couple of things to note, the kitchen is rather small, the photos are exactly as they seem, so no surprises but worth noting. The only surprise we had is that there are technically only 5 bedrooms with doors and a queen bed. We used the movie room as a make-shift bedroom as we needed 6 bedrooms. So when you're planning, especially with kids and naps you will need to take that into consideration. I would check out his other properties for a future stay!

Beautiful Property!

David greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour! We were in Chilliwack for sturgeon fishing -it was perfect for the 8 people it was booked for. We were off the river at 4pm and had a yard and home filled with activities or just relaxing- something for everyone! The views were breathtaking- watching the sunset while enjoying the campfire was fabulous. David responds within minutes- awesome host! Thanks David we luved your property!!

Our stay

David was great; the only thing that was tough to deal with in a place that big was the kitchen it’s wayy too small for a place that big; wished the hot tub was outside so there were less anxious rules to follow. But overall this place is great for huge family and friends stay just to have a get away. Over all I’d go again but given the kitchen with a smaller group there was 20 of us and the space was good.

DO NOT GO THERE IN SUMMER

This place is too hot in the summer and plus "Mosquitos". It has no air conditioning and window Insect Screen so technically you cannot open the windows!!! Hot tub is a NO as well!!! The owner will tell you "no more than 3 people" and it is extremely smelly !! Not worth the money that we paid at all.
