We are located on a quiet street but just minutes away to the best attractions of Niagara Falls.Enjoy free parking in a private driveway comfortably accommodating three vehicles.

The space
Whatever brings you to Niagara Falls -wish to explore the city, have a fun night with friends and family at the Fallsview Casino, behold one of the eight wonders of the world-The Niagara Falls, just have a good time and enjoy nightlife, cultural events , visiting unworthy business or any other reason , the location of the property and the way it is suited makes this detached 3BR house your perfect choice.

We are located within minutes to the world famous Falls, Clifton Hill and casinos. Attractions include: Journey Behind The Falls , Zip Lining, Hornblower Boat Cruise, Go Karts, SkyWheel, Haunted Houses, Mini Golf, Arcade and much more.

We provide 3 beds,1crib and accommodate 6 guests comfortably.Take advantage of our private driveway featuring free parking close top Clifton Hill. Fits 2 cars, trucks comfortably.
Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including coffee maker, microwave , kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

Complementary drinks are available for guests as a token of our appreciation .Feel free to use the drinks that are there in the refrigerator; they are for you our valued guest.


We also have a Viper Shot King Pro Dartboard (yes you have heard it right) installed accurately as per professional standards with the Oche (shooting line) perfectly put in place. Bring in your darts and enjoy with friends and family.


We also provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other apps in the living room. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix though there are other free TV apps available.

Great location

This old style house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within a couple of blocks walk to the Rainbow Bridge and the falls. It is very comfortable and the amenities were as were advertised. We would definitely stay there again

Perfect for family and friends

Perfect place

This home met all our needs. Lots of space, comfortable furniture, outdoor canopy and seating and the perfect location. Our host was so cordial, responsive and informative. This is an older home where recent renovations have been done. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice place great location

Nice home for our group and needs. Had everything we needed and a few extras like some cold drinks and other supplies. House could use a few upgrades in furnishings but was adequate. The best part was the location near the falls. 10 minute walk to everything. Parking is scarce at the falls so huge benefit. The host was easily and readily available for any questions. All in all a good stay and would use again.

How can anyone get tired of the Niagara Falls!

After driving all day we were so happy to relax in a comfortable, clean atmosphere, before sauntering down to the Falls. Our family from the UK had never seen them, and were amazed as we turned the last corner and saw the American Falls spread before us - just ten minutes or so from the rental house. The house itself was obviously an upscale home at one time, and a lot of thought has been put into updating it. Yes, I would say, staying there was good value for money!

Family Trip to Niagara Falls

We had a great stay! 2 adult children and myself and husband. It was great everyone had their own space. It is easy to get everywhere you need to go. We did a ton of walking for sure! Neighborhood is a bit old and at first I was nervous. This house is well kept though and we had zero issues. Thank you for the beverages and supplies during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

The house is old but appears to be well maintained. The location is ideal - it is about 5 minutes drive from everything you would want to see (historic district, niagara falls, casinos, shopping). Two minor issues - they didn't have any wash clothes. The one time we tried to bake something the fire alarm went off, even though there was no smoke anywhere. Suggest you don't try to cook.

Amazing location! Great host!

This property was the perfect spot for our group of 5 adults and would easily comfortably fit 6. The house is spacious with ample room for everyone to sit together around the table or in front of the TV. The beds were comfortable and more than enough towels were provided for everyone. This house is in the perfect location to be able to leave your car and walk to both the falls and Clifton Hill, it was quick and easy! The kitchen was well stocked and included beverages and some treats which was a lovely surprise! Arnab is an excellent host who responds very quickly to messages both before and during the trip and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here! It would be a pleasure to stay at Arnab's place anytime!

Good beds, clean, and homey. Better explanations available for temperature control unit, TV, recycling would be helpful. Also, option of bedside and area lighting in living/dining area, if possible, would be a consideration. As countertop space is limited, additional food prep space in the kitchen also might be helpful. Please note our stay was Fri Jan 20 - Sun Jan 22.
