Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 8th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen TVs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 8th floor was just completely remodeled with new flooring, furniture and decor! It is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Luxury Linen package included!

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

The beach view was absolutely amazing! Watched the sunrise from my bed every morning! I was all but sleeping in the ocean! Two of the other bedrooms had private balconies as well! The room was clean and better than described! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Pools, hot tubs and ocean access are just what I needed! If you are able bring your own beach chairs!

The views were stunning! Loved waking up each morning from my bed and looking at the ocean! Each room (but one) had views of ocean. Loved all the pools, hot tubs and children's splash pad. Something for all ages!

Not a great experience. We stayed at the resort for one week from Aug 9 - Aug 16 we paid a lot for one week. First of all the resort is not what is advertise in the description. The only room that is accurate is the room with the king size bed. All the other bedrooms have DOUBLE BEDS, there are NO QUEEN SIZE BEDS in the other rooms, this is misleading. The laminate flooring in the kitchen was coming apart and sticking up when we arrived on the 9th. We called maintenance they came and glue the laminate boards together with crazy glue never glued them to the floor. according to the maintenance guy they only do remodeling in the winter this is unacceptable. Bedroom with the king size bed, in the bathroom the toilet paper was missing the roller rod. I can tell you that this was missing for a while from reading previous posts. The problem has not been fixed. There was sand under the rug in the living room when we arrived the resort was not thoroughly clean. When you charge your guest a lot for the week or any other price it should not be the guests responsibility to take the sheets off the bed including towels and leave them in front of the washer and dryer. What is the cleaning crew for? This should be their responsibility and part of their job. For the price that we paid we expected a lot better.

Ocean View

Check in was super easy. The location is amazing. We loved the fast access to the pool and ocean. The unit was large with lots of sleeping space and room to love around when in the facility. Overall, the space was clean. It really came with the bare minimum though. Very few forks, spoons, knives, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies. There are only umbrellas allowed on the beach for shade, so no tents which we didn’t love. In other beach side places I have stayed, beach items bought by previous guests were available to other guests. Here, they were collected by the cleaning crew and removed from all spaces. We bought things and passed them onto another family. It would be nice if these items were shared instead of taken by cleaning people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The beach and pool spaces were great!

Great getaway

Everything that they said it was. Was not disappointed. the pictures online were of the actual unit. Outstanding view. would have liked more Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent provided.

Highly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed many things were broken in the unit - pots/pans, dresser in primary bedroom, fan in primary bedroom, toilet paper holder missing in primary bathroom, broken pictures on walls, and a curtain rod fell down in the 4th bedroom. After reaching out to the company who said someone would be coming the next day to fix the curtain rod and bring extra towels that were missing, no one every showed up. The AC was not working in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. And the unit was not as clean or kept up with for the price paid and location of the unit. Other units on our floor had housekeeping daily and maintenance guys but we never saw or heard from anyone during our stay after my issues were submitted.

Unit 803 - beautiful view and great location

Property was as described on listing. Very nice aesthetic unit. Unfortunately we had Neighbors that were a bit noisy in next unit. Kitchen appliances need to be updated/replaced. View from bedrooms and balcony was awesome. Would be nice to have dumpster on property and not have to walk thru lobby and across street behind parking garage to put in dumpster. Making simple upgrades throughout would make a five star experience.

Amazing Views!!!

The ocean views were amazing! The balcony is perfect to sit, relax, and watch the waves on the beach. We also saw dolphins and beautiful sunrises. The condo was clean and comfortable too. The location is great. My husband and I had a lovely, peaceful, and relaxing stay.

Relaxing vacation with awesome views and amenities

Our vacation stay was a most awesome experience. The room was very clean and spacious. The views were fantastic. There was a troublesome bump in the stay which was efficiently handled and resolved to our benefit. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We are looking forward to returning again.

Regulations

Stay was great, but didn’t care for washing towels every day. Should have better service for price paid. We will not be using this service again. I will book directly with resort next time.

The only issue we had was there was no cool air flowing into the master bedroom which was uncomfortable. This was reported and looked at but said nothing could be done but to leave the bathroom fan on which has a light associated with it. So that was not an option. We did enjoy the many pool options.

Wonderful Stay

A group of eight family and friends stayed for 7 days and loved the condo. It was exactly as listed including the rooms and view. We were very please with everything the unit offered. Would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Great place! Clean and plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Provided everything we needed as far as kitchen needs, sheets and towels for bathrooms. Bedroom lighting could have been better. A little dark . All in all very nice place!!
