Communication was great and the host was very attentive. It was a beautiful property and a great hangout for a relaxing guys golf trip. The house had everything we needed and was very accommodating. The views and scenery were gorgeous!

Wow! We used this property as a place to hold a reunion for ten college buddies who first met back in 1974. The property was spacious and the views of Lake Michigan were spectacular. The landscaping was next level. It is a private location…superb for our purposes.

My family of 14 stayed at this beautiful lakeside house four nights in July-Aug 2026. We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. The view was movie-setting worthy! We enjoyed the lakeside fire pit with Adirondack chairs for all. There was a perfect balance of large public space for everyone and private bed and bathrooms for each family plus space for children and teens. The house was quite clean. Only one general problem arose when we tried to go to the shared private beach. It was a further walk than anticipated and access was somewhat treacherous. But Bluefish was quickly responsive even over the weekend and made accommodations that resulted in us feeling whole. We will definitely rent vacation homes through Bluefish again. The home owners were also accommodating in resolving the beach issue we encountered.

Amazing Property!

This property was everything we wanted and more. We had an amazing stay and I would recommend renting this house to any group. The property manager was very responsive and made everything very easy for us.

Unforgettable property

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning lakefront property! The landscaping was immaculate, and the rooms were clean, bright, and incredibly spacious, perfect for our large group. Evenings were a highlight, with family dinners grilled on the deck, followed by campfires and stargazing under the clear night sky. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and create lasting memories!

Beautiful house on the cliff of lake michigan. beach access a short drive away. house was very clean. minor problems with the house but management company responded quickly over the weekend

This is such a lovely property with picturesque views of Lake Michigan. The beautiful landscaping is unlike anything you have ever seen before! We had a wonderful long weekend reconnecting with family and watching amazing sunsets. The owner was so very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. The description of the property is somewhat confusing as no beach access right from this property. However, the state park is nearby and we enjoyed the dunes and long walks on the beach.

Great Property, Misleading Description

The property is unbelievable. It is a beautiful house and in a beautiful location. The neighbors were not friendly. THE LISTING SAID BEACH ACCESS WHICH IT DID NOT HAVE. The cleanliness was a little lacking as there were dead bugs all over the house and under beds. Lastly, the internet access was trash.

I am sorry if they felt home was misrepresented. This home does have beach access nearby but DOES NOT have direct beach access. It is lakefront with just lake views. Gorgeous home inside and out!!

Lake house weekend

The property itself, the outdoor areas and the main house were incredible. An absolutely beautiful location and view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a few challenges. The stove was broken the entire weekend and while the property manager reached out and sent someone to fix it the first day, the technician wasn’t able to and they never followed up when I let them know it was still broken. We also were informed that there were 2 propane tanks on the property and we showed up to 1 half filled tank. So there were challenges cooking the entire weekend. Neighbors were sensitive to large groups and noise.

Home is not meant for a party and after hours outdoor noise. Guests had issues with neighbors because they were partying past midnight when outdoor quiet hours begin at 10pm.

The house and the surrounding grounds were absolutely beautiful! The house sits right on Lake Michigan with a clear 180 degree view of the lake. Sunsets are stunning from the lawn. We were disappointed to learn that the private beach access we were told was within walking distance of the property was NOT a useable beach. We made the best of the situation and were still able to enjoy the lake but beach access was a drive, rather than a walk away. The stunning views from the property helped to make up for the misrepresentation.

I wished they would have reached out. I think they went to the wrong area. There is a beach walking distance from the house that is sandy and beautiful.
