Parking available, car needed here as we are half way up mountain ridge. Hot tub use provided, Seperate suite with own deck and entrance , kitchenette and small fridge and coffee maker., 3 piece bathroom .2 min to main village, ocean view. Also pet friendly as we have a dog.

Please note : stairs down to suite , bed is raised and uses step stools to get in and out . Not suitable for disabilities.

The tiniest place we’ve ever stayed! That said, it was charming and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the ladders very sturdy. The lights behind our heads were a bit dangerous (sharp metal!), but we covered them up to avoid an accident. View was magnificent…

Stellar view! A small place that’s very thoughtfully organized and supplied. And very clean. Very nice touch with all the extra treats. Having access to the hot tub was a special treat! Would highly recommend.

This property was really nice. It's in a basement suite under the owners house and has a lovely private balcony with an amazing view. The property has everything you could need - Keurig, toaster, even cream in the fridge along with drinks, pastries, and a loaf of bread. So generous. The hot tub is on the owners' deck above - you need to text them to use it and they will give you privacy. I didn't feel comfortable doing this so I can't comment on it. Be aware that this location is not walkable to town. It is steep uphill from town but there is also intense road contruction all the way and the roads nearest to the property are unlit at night. I'm a big daily walker but didn't feel comfortable walking into town. That said, there is lots of parking in town - even on Saturdays so not really a problem. Overall good value for the money.

Such an incredible little property. The view is incredible and the pictures on the listing don't do it justice, it's definitely a million dollar view. Doug and Jan were great hosts and included so many extra amenities and thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks which was so sweet. Hot tub was fabulous and while it's a drive to town, it's worth it for a one of a kind stay.

The ad was slightly misleading, the Hot Tub is communal and shared by others in the facility. if you want to use it you have to text the owner so they can assure you privacy. It is not on the deck right outside the unit. Had I known that ahead of time i would have booked in somewhere else.

The views and the hot tub made the stay quite amazing. The snacks and little treats also elevated the stay. Id recommend to couples looking for a nice cozy get away in sun or snow.

Great hosts, cozy room, incredible view!

Chatted with Doug for a while about the history and design of the house. Beautiful home and property with an unbeatable view of the harbour. The small guest suite was generously supplied with a cute snack basket with salty and sweet options and a fridge full of drinks and basic needs. This was my first stay on the island and staying here made it more relaxing and plasurable than I had planned! :)
