Linda, a well-arranged house makes all the difference when you are settling into Hill Country for a few days, and it sounds like the space did exactly what it should. Glad you felt that from the moment you walked in. The furniture layout in that living area is something we put real thought into, so it is good to hear it paid off. Whenever you are ready to come back, the property sits in prime wildflower season come spring and it is worth every bit of the drive!

Yes the home was welcoming to pets and the kitchen had all that we needed but we didn't really cook to many places to eat in Fredrickburg. The big beds were wonderful! Also enjoyed the quiet back yard.

The house was really nice. Really great neighborhood, neighbors were quiet. Easy check-in and the Cozi vacation people were readily available if needed. Only downside is the beds were so soft, like sink to the bottom of the mattress soft. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup while we enjoyed some corn hole and patio dining. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals, and we felt very comfortable and at home. The house was very clean and three bed, two bath was perfect for our needs. I will highly recommend this location to friends. It really was perfect, thank you!

Clean, comfortable, quiet property. The beds are extremely comfortable and the backyard made a great place to sit and visit while our kids played on the tire swing!

Quiet and Comfortable

Really enjoyed Fredericksburg wished we would have had more time. Comfortable beds, quiet location, clean, and spacious. Sheltered deck in backyard was nice touch. A bit too far from downtown to walk.
