Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and electric range top. 



Dining room and kitchen have a open floor plan with bar seating for 4. Dining room has a family table that accommodates 6. 







At the end of the day get ready to relax in one of the three bedrooms.







Master bedrrom has a king size bed with flat screen tv. Master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet area, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. 







Secondary Bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv and spacious closet space.







Third bedroom is the perfect room for the littles. It has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and closet space.







That's not all..Clocked out has a sunroom!! Perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. It also has an arcade machine to entertain the kiddos while your getting ready for the day, preparing dinner or just trying to get your coffee on!!







Wait there's more! Step outside in the backyard and enjoy some outside dining in the 6 topper outdoor dining set. Also included is a gas grill. Perfect to grill up your catch of the day. (Propane not included) 







Clocked out also has a private fish cleaning station with private dock to park your boat right behind the house.







Boat lift and garage is for owner use only.



Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.



Cancellation Policy:





A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.

​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. 



Maximum pets allowed are 2 dogs under 25 pounds per pet.Non refundable pet fee per pet.
