The Sweet Family Casa is a 3 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly home. Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a small walk or short drive to schools, churches, restaurants and local shopping.

Walk into a spacious living room with flat screen tv and adequate seating perfect for movie night. Just a few steps is the dining and kitchen area. Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and dishes to make your favorite family meal. Dining room table has seating for 8 guests.

Just off the dining room is the master bedroom and bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen tv and large walk in closet. Master bathroom has jet tub and walk in shower.

Secondary bedroom is located right off the living room. Get ready to have a good night sleep in a comfortable queen size bed, cubby space for your essentials and adequate closet space. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones, located just down the hall with a single twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed. For added bonus room has a flat screen tv and game system.

Guest bathroom is just a few steps away from secondary and third bedrrom with tub/shower combination.

That`s not all, home has private fence back yard with patio, charcoal grill, corn hole boards and a hot tub. So get ready to relax and enjoy all the comforts of coastal living at it`s best!

So don`t forget your fishing poles and swimsuits because The Sweet Family Casa is just a short drive to local piers, beaches and Aquatic Center.

Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Spa is currently in maintenance.

Guest will receive their check in instructions 7 days prior to their arrival and will be able check in directly at the property.

We will also provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well.

There is also a Welcome Book provided at the property with helpful information such as Wi-Fi password and trash days along with the check out procedure.

Garage is for owner use only.

All trash must be bagged and placed in bin.
Trash days are on Wednesday and Saturday.

Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
