This place has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and an additional bedroom with 2 double beds. A bonus bunkbed small room for any children who stay. Total. number of guests able to stay in accordance with licence is 6 guests.

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensil essentials.

2 bathrooms one equipped with shower and second equipped with shower/bath.

1 open concept dining room/living room.

Dining room table seats 6 comfortably and also good space for work desk should it be required.

Living room is equipped with comfy 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs. An electric fire place is also available. Piano is in this space but is not offered to guests to use.

Television with Apple TV is also available.

Large unit, well located, ok condition

This place is really well located and a great size. The furnishings were good, however, it is a bit shabby (in need of some basic repairs) and only has window unit A/C, one of which doesn't work. If you need a large space with parking, it's a decent option.
