Welcome to The Grays Lane PEC, just minutes from Sandbanks Beach. This private cottage is located on a 1.5 acre treed lot in the perfect Prince Edward County location.

This home is fully licensed per Prince Edward County bylaws (ST-2019-0178).

The Space:
Cozy cottage charm yet professionally designed with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The large front porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the epic Prince Edward County sunsets.

There are 3 private bedrooms and The Grays Lane can comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 6. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with friends. There is a separate dining/sunroom off the kitchen perfect for dinner parties. Enjoy summer and autumn days and nights on the large covered patio with comfy outdoor furniture overlooking private grounds. As well there is a large fire pit for nightly bonfires.

If you love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker and there is a propane BBQ on the second patio just off the sun room.

The master bedroom has a King Size bedroom and the 2nd bedroom and 3rd basement bedroom have Queen Beds. Each bedroom has high quality Brooklinen sheets. The fully stocked bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer. There are also Brooklinen Turkish beach towels available for guests.

We use a digital system that allows guests to access the property without keys.

There is so much to do in Prince Edward County but one of our best features is The Grays Lane fantastic location:

- 5-minutes away are the beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park
- Just outside of Sandbanks is the Outerbanks restaurant (with fabulous pizza, deserts and ice cream) as well as mini golf
- 7-minutes away are the cute shops and antique stores of Cherry Valley
- 15 minutes away is the famous Slickers Ice Cream Parlour in Bloomfield
- 12 minutes away are the grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, markets and shopping in Picton
- 20 -minutes away are the vineyards, beaches and restaurants in Wellington
