This resort is located on Hilton Head South Carolina's beautiful oceanfront, the property is conveniently located just minutes from Hilton Head and many of the Island's well-known activities. Enjoy the resort featured fitness center, swimming pools, and many resort activities to keep the entire family entertained while on vacation. Easy beach access and available rental bikes make this resort an ideal place to stay. If you venture off the property you will find entertainment like Pickney Island Wildlife Refuge, Adventure Cove Family Fun Center, and multiple outlet malls to do some shopping.

The spacious Courtyard two bedroom, two bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen (Coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a private door to the patio. The villa features a guest bedroom with two queen beds and another full bathroom. The living room has sleeper sofa and a door to the furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with six chairs. Villa unit location on property assigned at check-in.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
Complimentary parking for two vehicles. RV and Trailer parking are not permitted on property.
Villa refurbishment activity is taking place Oct. 16, 2026, to Mar. 14, 2027. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
Cashless Resort: credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Great vacation!
First time staying and it was great! Lots of room for our family of 6, had everything we needed, easy beach access, the kids LOVED the pool and the pool restaurant was nice! The kids enjoyed some of the activities on the property as well. We would stay here again.

Marriott Barony at HHI
Location of building was perfect for us. All amenities were great. Staff was excellent. Food at pool bar was tasty. Warm water pools wonderful.
