The Space:

Tucked into the heart of North Forest Beach, this one-bedroom villa at SeaCrest puts you steps from one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved stretches of coastline. The property sits within a quiet, well-appointed resort community where the beach, pool, hot tub, and fitness center are all close at hand - making it equally suited to an active island escape or a slow, restful retreat this summer.

 

Living space

The open living area is generous and filled with natural light, giving the space an airy, coastal feel. Personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves, Sr. - a pioneer among Hilton Head Island's earliest developers - every detail has been considered, from the ceiling to the floor. The large living area is well set up for relaxed evenings in: gather for a game night, put a movie on, or simply unwind after a full day on the island. A dining table gives you a spot to share meals, plan your day's adventures, or sit down to a proper breakfast before heading out.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa - comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests in total. Bed linens, hangers, and all the essentials are provided so you can settle in without a second thought.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in style. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Whether you're whipping up a hearty breakfast, packing a picnic lunch for the beach, or gathering for a late-night snack, the kitchen has you covered.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products - a relaxed, complete setup for washing off a day of sun and sand.

 

Work & connectivity

Strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make this villa a practical base for anyone working or studying remotely. Stay connected during the week, then make the most of the island on your own schedule.

 

Around the resort

The villa is located on the first floor of the first building - easy to reach and conveniently positioned within the complex. A pool and outdoor hot tub are just steps away (note: the pool is only heated in March and April). The fitness center is also open and available to guests. An elevator is available in the building, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival effortless.

 

Location

SeaCrest sits within the North Forest Beach area, one of Hilton Head Island's most popular beach communities. You're on a one-mile beachfront stretch starting at Coligny Circle - the lively hub of island activity. Beach access, boutique shopping, dining, golf, and bike rentals are all within easy reach. For larger groups or families, the three-bedroom sister villa (100 SeaCrest) is located directly across the hall and can be rented separately or together with this villa to accommodate up to 8 guests. Please note: this villa does not have outdoor living space.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
