Wonderful stay!

The property was very cute and clean. It was in a nice neighborhood in a great location. We spent 4 nights there before heading up to Denali. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to airport which was convenient for our early departure. Communication with Rachelle was wonderful. Very clean and updated property. Definitely would stay here again!

So comfortable!

Modern, clean and exceptionally beautifully

Excellent property with amazing views. The home owners were the best making sure all your needs are met. So beautiful inside and very quiet and clean. Perfect getaway. Looking forward to our next stay in Anchorage at this property.

Wonderful place to stay!

Great centralized location. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to so many great places. The unit was so clean and well equipped. The unit is nicer than the pictures. The host was very accommodating. We would love to stay at this same unit in the future. Thank you for having us. We absolutely enjoyed this vacation.

Lovely Anchorage Rental

This was, without a doubt, one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had. It was clean without harsh cleaner fumes, the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, and it was the perfect size for my husband and me. Something you can’t see from the online photos is the nice walk-in closet in the bedroom. Very quiet neighborhood too.

Perfect for Weekend in Anchorage

This place was perfect for a weekend for sports travel with my two kids and I in Anchorage. Place was neat and clean upon arrival. There was an issue with the fire alarm. Hosts assisted me in dealing with the issue quickly and efficiently. I'd stay at this place again.

New, thoughtful design made a great South Anchorage base camp stay. Recommend!

New is really nice! Owner added thoughtful space and design to make this new apartment really comfortable, spacious and attractive for 2. Rachelle, owner, is very generous with amenities and everything is new. Everything. Perfect stay for a 12-day Anchorage trip. Had everything we needed and desired. As attractive as the photos. Happy to recommend this stay. Thanks Rachelle!

The Best Vacation Rental Ever!

I've stayed in many hotels and vacation stays over the years, and this is by far the nicest one I have been booked in for many years.I needed a place in Anchorage for a little over two weeks while I started a new job and waited to close on a house. This property was an amazing place to be during that time. It is thoughtfully decorated and furnished and is extremely cozy while still having a modern vibe. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped, which was perfect for me as I planned to do a lot of cooking. All of the windows have good shades which is important for those summer months when the sun is up all of the time. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed and nice features like a humidifier and sound machine to ensure a peaceful slumber. Both the living room and the bedroom have large TVs if you need that during your time. As I was working remotely much of my first two weeks, having a desk area and comfortable office chair was a huge plus. The location is very nice, close to the airport (some air traffic noise, but most of Anchorage has that) and easy access to Minnesota for heading north or south in Anchorage.Conclusion, book this place, you won't be sorry, except of course when you have to leave!
