The property is OK. Cabin is a bit loud. Not perfect by any means but a solid effort. The Expedia and VRBO experience was terrible. The Expedia algo mislead us and told us the cabin was 18 miles from Gatlinburg. In reality the cabin is 48 miles. That is around 1.5 hrs one way when the roads are even open. We ended up spending 3-4hrs per day traveling back and forth. Then VRBO and Expedia started ping pong'ing us back and forth with neighter taking responsibility for the failed recommendations algo. Overall a horrible experience that could be easily addressed if they wanted to.
