A suburb surrounded with reserve parks, scenic walking/cycling routes, picnic sites & beaches - perfect for your weekend city escape without the hassle & bussle. The home is located only 5 minutes’ walk to the train station, 10-15 min to Altona & Williamstown (local stores), CBD and Melbourne Airport! Nearby attractions include Altona Beach, Williamstown Beach, and Cherry Lake! Double story house with 2 bedrooms, built in Wardrobes, a lounge room that comfortably seats 7 people with gas fireplace, TV, WIFI, Foxtel. Kitchen, with oven, fridge & dishwasher. Laundry downstairs with front load washing machine and toilet. Upstairs bathrooms walk in shower, toilet & vanity. Big back yard & BBQ, outdoor table and seating with outdoor lounge that fits 6 people.. Driveway fits 3 cars.
Garage is not accessible! You can park your vehicle in the driveway or utilise on-street parking if you're coming with more than 2 cars. Do ensure your car does not block our neighbour’s entrance to their driveway.
STRICT NO PARTY! Quiet hours: 9.30pm-8am. CHECKOUT is strictly no later than 11AM. If you don't checkout on time, $70 per hour fee will be levied.
No unregistered guests allowed. Clean the oven, kitchen after use, otherwise $80 applied. Long Stay Pull the bins out on nature strip kerbside BY Sunday Night.
Minimum age to check in is 30. Turn off the A/C and lights when you go out. Ensure return the house key to the lockbox at check out. If key lost a charge of $70 will be applied.
