We're a German couple and the proud builder and house owner of a Masterpiece in design and engineering.
When going on a 4 month trip to Europe we prefer to let the house to a nice well-educated, trustworthy and reliable family, expats or executives, able to value our property and treat it as their own instead of leaving the house unoccupied.
Profit is not priority but caring for our home.
We offer rate reductions of up to 40% for guests who rent our house for at least 12 weeks. See details in Property Description.

Guests love the unrestricted views to the Skeleton creek, nature path and wetlands. The house is surrounded by a golf course. Home owners have free excess to the health club with gym and pool and can use the Greg Norman designed 18-hole Golf Course. A nature path starts at our garden gate and offers a great walking and biking track and numerous species of birds to watch.
The ultimate touch of luxury and an exclusive offer for our guests is our new Finnish Sauna with cold pool and outdoor shower where you can indulge and feel replenished and refreshed.

The house has a unique design.
When stepping in our home you will be overwhelmed by a feeling of serenity and wellbeing.
The modern design of the high ceilings with a timber finish completed with a huge glass front provide you an exceptional good room climate you might have never experienced before.
Guests will wake up in the morning with the first rays of sunlight flooding the bed room, the terrace and the whole house and instead of traffic noise you will enjoy birdsongs every morning.
At night, when sipping your glass of wine, you will see the moon rising and creating a shining silver lining on the surface of the water…. and when you go to bed you’ll see the stars through the skylight windows of the bed room.
