Open plan airconditioned living and dining room, leading out onto the back verandah. All linen is supplied. Fold out sofa for extra guests, plenty of parking for boats and cars.

The Space:
3 large bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds and Trundle. The bathroom has a single spa bath and separate shower.
Fold out sofa in living area, please BYO linen. Large Airconditioning unit in back bedroom to keep the whole house cool on those hot summer nights.
Fish Cleaning area, large dam out the back with an outdoor fire area to sit back watch a sunset and then count the stars.
Easy drive into town or to the boat ramp.

Guest Access:
The house and yard is yours, the sheds are locked and not usable the large outdoor portable spa is also unable to be used.
Part of the house is locked off and not accessible.

Other Things to Note:
BBQ area is fenced so you can keep a small pet with you on holidays. As we have a lot of wildlife in the area, the property is not fully fenced, large dogs would not be advised.
Outdoor pets only. The boats are not to be washed down at the property as we are on tank water. Please use 1770 Boat Storage facilities or taps at the SES grounds 1770
