Struggling to find a place to stay that is affordable and pet friendly? Look no further than Sea Palm 1D.

Located in Fort Walton Beach, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in a small complex perfect for a quiet vacation while you visit family in the area or working locally for a short period of time. Or if you're needing a place to stay a few months with your dog this might be a perfect fit!

The open floor plan allows you to interact with each other regardless of if you're cooking in the kitchen or watching a football game on the TV. The kitchen offers all the cookware you'll need to cook up a meal. There is also a washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about coin laundry.

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has a King size bed. The bathroom features a shower.

The patio overlooks the complex pool and Sea Palm is about a 4 mile drive to 2 of the many public beach access spots on Okaloosa Island.

This condo is dog friendly up to a 25 pound pet but the complex has breed restrictions. Rottweiler, German Sheppard's, Doberman Pinschers, American Pit Bull/Terrier, and any "aggressive" breed the on-site HOA does not allow. There is an additional $100 plus tax pet fee for a dog.

Wonderful place

This place was like home away from home. It was clean, organized, easy to find, close to shopping and places to eat. I know it was a placed designated for dogs but the floors could be a little cleaner other than that perfect place to stay! We will be back! Pool was the best part!

Great Condo, Nice Pool, Great Location

Condo was well appointed. New washer and dryer and nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Difficult access

Location was not what we expected. Check-in was from a different location than the rental. Ingress and egress to the parking lot of the property was extremely difficult.

Could have been worse

The posting says check in time is 5pm but on that day we got instructions saying to let them know if we were checking in after 5 and they would tell me their late check in process. Weird but okay. The property was pretty clean except for a lot of dog hair around the front and back door. There was no dish washer but they give you 2 dish washer soap packs. The TVs all had cable and streaming. The bathroom is not very private because the door is a sliding door and there is no fan. There is one small sink counter for all to share which is big enough for your tooth brushes and tooth paste. There is an extra sliding glass door on the patio which is ugly and confusing. Its like they replaced the door going outside and instead of getting rid of the old door they decided to push it against the railing for some reason. It makes it hot and stuffy out there. The worst part for me was the bed. I wasn't expecting a sleep number mattress but it was way past time to replace that mattress. Its like sleeping in a hammock. My back and hip hurt every day we were there. Same for my gf. It does have a washer and dryer which I liked. Its about 5 minutes to the island which is not bad. Overall I would say it was just okay but that bathroom and that bed were not okay. I feel like we could have gotten something better but at least everything worked while we were there.
