Quaint & Idyllic Cottage

This property was much nicer on the inside, which was a relief, as the neighborhood itself looked rundown and unwelcoming. The cottage was nice and cozy, and had all the amenities mentioned in the post - and more! The kitchen had all the utensils and basic cookware you would need. It was also stocked with spices and sauces, which we didn’t use, but was nice to see it was available if we needed them. The coffee nook was also fully stocked with all types of coffee and tea, as well as creamer and sugar. The house warmed up quickly once the heat was turned on. There was a bit of a cold draft upstairs, but it wasn’t unbearable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. There were plenty of fluffy large towels that smelled freshly washed. The bed linens were clean. The WiFi worked great, and all three TVs had endless channels. Only ten minutes from downtown GVL, the location was great as well. We were there for a swim meet, and it was only five minutes from the aquatic center.We met the old man across the street, and he greeted us with a warm smile. He made us feel welcome. The sheriff’s department is also right down the road, so they do their rounds in the evening to make sure everyone is safe. All in all, it was the perfect place to stay for our family of five.

Great for Clemson parents weekend. Property owners Mike & Sandy were very responsive. (Evolve mgmt was initially a bit delayed in their responses to my minor questions about the property.) Very clean! I booked in part for the backyard fire pit, but we ran out of time (bring your own wood).

Thank you to these lovely hosts for sharing such an adorable, immaculate home! Not only was it the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, but there were countless thoughtful touches. It felt like home and my boys enjoyed the clean back yard so very much! I would definitely stay again, such a cute area of GVL. I felt safe and secure and we were close to Unity Park, the stadium and all downtown has to offer. Highly recommend this home!

Girls Get Away

This property was Perfect! It was conveniently located to downtown and Reedy on the Falls-5 minute drive. We were close to the Saluda river, where we went tubing, close to the bike rental, where we rented E Bikes and hit the trail and close to PAris Mtn PArk-15-20 minutes. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls get away. We had NO problems checking in and NO problems with any thing during our stay. The neighbor across the street keeps an eye on the house and he is a gem. Thanks!!!

The rental property was clean and well stocked. We just wish we had been informed that dogs must be crated when left alone. Had we known that we would have brought a crate with us.

Great location for a Greenville visit. 2 mil from downtown, 1.7 mil from Walmart. Very quiet neighborhood, Rental staff very friendly and welcoming. 6 adults were in our party, space was not an issue. Backyard is a Pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay enjoyed.

Loved the home

We completely enjoyed this place. I got to play withAlexa, the dogs loved the yard. We had great hikes,able to walk to a bakery for bread, walk to pizza place,ate outside with dogs, Greenville has the beautifuldowntown park complete with waterfalls. Area was concerning at first, but no problems at all.

This place was awesome, it was clean and fit our group of 4 perfectly. It was a great location in Greenville, close to all the restaurants, breweries, parks and we enjoyed coming back to it as a home base. The fenced in backyard with the fire pit and deck were great additions. We would definitely be back for a stay here!

Cozy get away

Traveled with my family of 5 and 2 dogs for a 4 day stay in Greenville SC. Checkin was a breeze with a coded lock. The house had an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms close by. Very large backyard that the dogs really enjoyed.House was cozy with updated decor and nice host amenities.

Weekend in Greenville

Mill Cottage is an older home, complete with sloping floors, steep spiral staircase, weird angles, and other quirks. The interior is clean, fresh and IG ready. The backyard is fenced, has artificial grass, and a nice firepit with several Adirondack chairs. The back deck has a nice table with four chairs and some party lights (which we could not figure how to turn on).The neighborhood is in transition, this is the nicest house on the block. There is a freight train track very close by, and when the train passes you can most definitely hear it!Within walking distance to a cute indy coffee shop, bakery, and vintage clothing store. Otherwise, you'll need to drive to experience the other things Greenville has to offer.The neighbor across the street said he maintains the yard, and brought us firewood he cut from a fallen tree across the street. Very nice man.

Great stay with family!

Myself, my husband, our toddler, and my parents had a wonderful stay here a few weeks ago! The house was exactly as described, very clean, and communicating with the hosts was fast and easy. We especially enjoyed the backyard with our child. And the location is great, close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend, and we would stay here again!

Fire pit was a total win. It’s close enough to the city center (easy 12-minute drive) but far enough away to feel slightly more in the country. Occasional train sounds. No major barking dog issues. (Cute little doghouse in the gated back porch.) People who want time away from city bustle should consider this place.

Undiscovered Gem

This place is an undiscovered gem. The house is bigger than it looks. The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away just a few blocks from some really good shopping and great restaurants. We were in town for a wedding so we were not able to really explore the area on foot. Hopefully we can come back for another weekend to do that!Anyway, back to the house. It felt like spending the weekend at a friend's house. Everything was right there where it was supposed to be. This was the probably the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. I didn't have to wish for anything because it was already there. Plenty of toys for my grandson, plenty of room for everyone and the back deck and backyard were great. There was even a doghouse which I thought was a nice touch. There were no complaints about the beds. The bed on the main floor was super comfy!I also want to compliment the cleaning crew because it was spotless. I really can't say enough about this house. We are looking forward to going back!

Furman University

We traveled from PA to Furman University. This home is beautiful, our dog loved the fenced back yard. The beds were cozy and the house is filled with charm. The neighbors were kind and you can walk for coffee and restaurants.
