House Rules:

We want you to enjoy your stay! Please review these rules so we can keep the home comfortable for everyone.

1. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 additional cleaning fee.

2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and a $500 fee.

3. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Unregistered guests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

5. Pets
We allow one pet per stay (dog or cat) with an additional $50 fee, as long as it’s well-behaved and house‐broken . Pets must not be left unattended for more than 2 hrs unless crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

6. Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in and check-out times must be respected to allow proper cleaning for the next guests. Late checkout without approval may result in a $100 fee.

7. Basic Checkout Courtesy
Before checkout, please:
• Remove garbage or food from the refrigerator
• Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floors
• Load dishes into dishwasher
• Scoop up any dog waste from the yard
• Check for personal items
• Turn off all lights
• Close all windows and lock the doors

8. Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items. Costs may be requested through Airbnb.

9. Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment. This is strictly prohibited.

10. Report Issues Promptly
If anything is not working properly during your stay, please let us know right away so we can fix it quickly.

Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional charges if applicable.
