Great Place for family get away.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all attractions yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. Bedrooms are decent size and beds were comfortable.

All and all, our stay was great! It was 5 of us and had enough room for us. Wish check out was 11 or later and not before 10am. The home is beautiful inside and out. Comfy beds! Would definitely be back again!!

Property was as listed inside and outside, preferred a property near Geodis Park and Vanderbilt University for graduation, perfect for all the family members traveling to be together, immediate attention provided after calling property manager regarding entry.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the location was wonderful. We could get downtown in less then 15 minutes, and the airport was less then 10 minutes away. If you plan to cook any while there, make sure to bring plenty of your own stuff, there were not enough plates, and cups for our group, and only a few cooking supplies. Other then that the rooms were nice, and was a great stay for our group of 9.

My only complaint was the lawn should have mowed and there was a small blood stain on the sheet in the bedroom with the shower. Otherwise the house was immaculate! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Horrible

Layers of dirt on counters and floors. No toilet paper, trash bags, or kitchen supplies. Towels smelled like mildew and were damp. Bunk bed was broken and taped together. Pill under bed.

Nice stay

The inside was beautiful put the outside needed tending. Rooms were as shown. We didn't do much more than sleep there but a few things of note and suggestions. It's almost impossible to see the driveway at night. Please consider solar lights at the end of the driveways. Also, the entrance opens into a bedroom and there are 2 windows on either side of the door. This affords no privacy so curtains are blinds would be nice. I also think it would be good to invest in putting a TV into every bedroom and maybe add a convection oven or air fryer to your appliances. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay. I put five stars for property manager communication even though I didn't need to call or contact them.

Nashville stay

This property met all of our basic needs. We were visiting from Arkansas and Ohio for a funeral and there were 10 of us. The house is small but it has plenty of beds. One whole house bath and one master bath did make it a little tough but it was ok because we barely spent any time in the unit. The location was ok. Not too far from Opryland but not able to walk to any restaurants or anything. We usually prefer to not drive all around the city when possible but I did check Uber prices and it was only about $12 each way to the Opryland mall.

A little disappointed

We were a little disappointed with the overall stay. The house seemed nice in general and the location fit our needs quite nicely. However, we felt that details were lacking. One of the garbage bins located under the carport was full and didn't appear that it had been emptied for a while (smelled pretty bad when we got out of the car). The windows by the outside door in the master bedroom had no coverings. When the car arrived late, the light shone directly into the bedroom. There were no top sheets on any of the beds-just a light weight duvet of some sort. The house could have used a little more attention to dusting.All that being said, the kitchen, bathrooms, and dining/living room area seemed clean and the dishes were all clean.

We’ll make sure garbage bins are double-checked before arrival and will explore adding window coverings in the master bedroom.-We use laundered duvet covers in place of top sheets, but we understand personal preferences and will consider adding them.-We've reminded our cleaning team to be more thorough with dusting going forward. Arrived on scheduled date Wed 10/8 couldn't check in, door code didn't work, called property manager and he didn't have us arriving until the following day. He gave us the code to get in and the house was NOT cleaned, no toilet paper, no clean sheets, garbage was full, dishes not done in the dishwasher. Ordered a Walmart delivery to get toilet paper. Called Darian (property manager) and was informed he would get a cleaning crew over that night and also informed us that he would get Door Dash from Target and get clean sheets delivered, that didn't happen, was informed by Darian that I would be receiving a credit for 1 night's stay and the cleaning fee waived, not happened, asked to be put up in a hotel and that didn't happen, was informed that we would need to do the laundry and the cleaning crew would be over in the morning at 8, no laundry soap, went to neighbors and got some laundry soap, Also informed by Darian that I would be receiving a full refund for all nights and I'm still waiting on that. Property manager did find in his emails of our date of arrival which was Wed and not Thurs. We did laundry so we could have clean sheets and towels. Also there was not enough towels for 6 people. Over all the property was the right size for our visit, to bad our vacation started off the wrong way.

Ghetto Trash!!!!!! Dont Stay here spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

Upon pulling up to the residence we noticed ingrown weeds breaking up through the cement walkway leading up to the door. Walls are dirty could use a new coat of paint throughout the house. Baseboard are dirty like the home hasn't been cleaned. Air vents had at least 3 inches of dust caked up on them. Bathrooms were dirty tub was never cleaned. Dishes were dirty I used the white bowls to make my kid some food and there were yellow rings inside. There was no toilet paper refills in either bathroom their might have been a half roll of tissue combined for a family of 6 for an entire weekend. They had laundry facilities with no laundry soap. No cleaning supplies located in the entire house. There were bugs and spiders crawling on the dishes and throughout the house. Cheap bedding only one blanket no sheets on each bed and all the linen smelled musty which is evident since they had no laundry soap! There are also no coverings on the windows in the back bedroom as well!! No trash bags to refill the garbage can! When I called VRBO to complain they said this property is owned by a 3rd party. Evolve is the company and they were absolute trash wouldn't refund us a cleaning fee that we asked for because we didn't take enough pictures. If they really valued their customers they would have sent someone out that could confirm our complaints were valid. There are several complaints already listed about this property and the cleanliness of this property on their website.
