New furnishings and decor, await your arrival into this three-bedroom, two-bath home with a private, in-ground, electric heated pool. Pulling into the driveway you'll notice the well-manicured yard.

The layout of the home is an open-concept living area. The large, fully equipped kitchen, has a great island that allows you to cook and entertain all at the same time. Crisp white cabinets, vaulted ceilings, and granite counters are just a few of the features to this wonderful kitchen. Watch TV in the living room on the comfortable furnishings, or connect to the wifi and catch up with family and friends. The formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living area where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals as a group. Open the wall of sliding glass doors off the living room to the second-floor porch. Here you can enjoy an elevated view of the backyard while overlooking the neighborhood top of the trees. The master suite is located off the living room. It has a beautiful king-sized bed, along with plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack and settle in. The master bedroom also features your own in-room TV so you can catch a late-night movie in bed. The spacious ensuite bathroom has his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Down the hall, past the living room area, you will find the two guest bedrooms and laundry area. Your own private washer and dryer have been provided for all your laundry needs. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second offers your guests their choice of 3 twins and 1 queen bed, set up as two sets of bunk beds. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway has a tub/shower combination for their use. After a fun day at the beach, retreat back to the house for a dip in your private, in-ground pool. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside loungers or relax under the covered porch area on some of the comfortable outdoor furnishings. Grill out on the gas grill and enjoy your dinner poolside. The owner has tried to think of everything you could want or need to help make your vacation in paradise a special vacation retreat at their home. For our guests with allergies, this home has been designated both smoke-free and pet-free. Also included with your stay is off-street parking and wireless internet.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.
