Bright and Beautiful! Unit 1406 feels like sunshine with an ocean view! The spacious open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating to gather in front of the TV or for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the salt air breeze and people watching from the private balcony which can also be accessed from the lovely primary bedroom. A second bedroom additional full bathroom and laundry are located on the opposite side of the unit. Braemar Towers is located oceanfront on 131st Street perfectly maintained and close to restaurants shops and activities. Braemar Towers will seem like its own private resort complete with amenities that include an outdoor pool tennis fitness center with saunas game room and a large open air deck ocean front. Please know there is a $75 Registration Fee assessed to each reservation. You will be required to register your vehicle at the Braemar Towers front desk upon arrival.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
