Wonderful house.

My husband and I, plus our daughter and son in law stayed for the week and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, with everything you need. Beds were amazingly comfortable, and the putting green was a bonus. We will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed at.

My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO‘s and this property was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was brand new super clean. The beds were comfy and it was a perfect location. We will definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful home

We found the property to be exceptionally equipped with everything we needed. The location was near my mother's house, and allowed us to visit her daily without disrupting her house and routines. The space was large, the bedrooms very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. Would stay there again.

The house was lovely. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, had extras touches like large bottles of hand soap, shampoo etc., candles and nicely decorated. The patio was nice, the furniture comfortable and a great place to sit in the morning and enjoy your coffee. We enjoyed the putting green and watching the bunnies in the yard. Great location and the neighborhood is very quiet.

This property was one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, the kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to rent this property again in the furture.

Impeccable Home

Everything about this home is beautiful. The entry opens to a great room. Ceramic tile floors, black and white decor with a huge center island and a dining area that comfortably seats eight people make for easy entertaining. All 3 bedrooms have large beds and plenty of storage. You will not be disappointed.

Property is exactly as listed. Updated with all the amenities. Quiet area in Sun City West, within walking distance of grocery stores. Beds are very comfortable and outside space is relaxing. Reminds us of our own home when we lived in Arizona. Could have stayed longer. Would rent again.

Beautiful vacation home

WOW! We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully appointed SCW home. We felt like we were thoroughly spoiled with the incredible kitchen (you'll want for nothing!), the cozy living area, the comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms, but especially in the master suite, and the covered patio and putting green! The house was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and we can't wait to come back! This was, by far, the nicest home we have stayed booked in Sun City West! I just can't say enough about how delighted we were with this property.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The property is lovely! My only suggestion for VRBO would be to make it easier to figure out whether or not a property has a fenced yard. Pet friendly does not equal fenced yard. I had to buy a tie out chain so that I didn’t have to keep my dogs on their leashes every minute. I searched for “pet friendly “ and this property had some fencing in the pictures so I mistakenly thought the yard was fully fenced.

Beautiful Property

The house itself was absolutely beautiful. We were in town to visit the grandkids and to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. Three generations stayed in the house, and the 4th generation came over during the day to visit and play. The putting green in the back yard was a huge hit with everyone. We appreciated all the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Our only complaint was that I asked the owner 4 times about checking in early and what time we could check in if we paid the $59 for the early check-in. I wasn't given a time we could check in until after I paid the $50 fee. We were told we could check in at 10 am (awesome!) but we didn't get there until 12:30. When we got there, the cleaners were still there from the previous stay, and told us they needed another hour. The cleaners were very nice and tried to accommodate us in any way possible, but it was a pain to have to sit on the back patio for an hour while they finished up. The owner did end up returning our early check-in fee, so that definitely was appreciated.
