This home offers 5 large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It is 3100 sq feet and on a little over 2 acres. The home is fully yours during your stay excluding the garage and RV/shed area next door. We are in direct access to the desert for those who bring their side-by-sides for adventure and exploration right outside your front door! The pool has a waterfall, and the pool area is surrounded by turf and travertine with a hot tub and outdoor seating for the family as well as an OUTSIDE BATHROOM and SHOWER for easy family fun pool/hot tub time! Two outdoor space heaters for chilly nights as well as two sets of cornhole games for outdoor family fun. Two full size refrigerators located in the home for overflow of food/drink items. We have a full game closet for use as well. Our home is all about family fun and creating memories! We are located in a great area for those attending a wedding at "The Willow" as we are 1.4 miles away, or if heading into Wickenburg a short ride to the "Team Roping Capitol of the World"! We are 20 miles from the White Tank Mountains, 13 miles from Kansas City Royals Spring Training Facility, (Surprise Stadium) Only 25 minutes to Lake Pleasant & so much more! If traveling with a side-by-side, RV or trailer or boat, please reach out to the host to see if we can accommodate here on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property by you or your guests during your stay. $500 security deposit required. NOT a party home, this property is not for large out of control parties and anyone not respecting the neighbors will be asked to leave. We always want our guests to have fun but always remember that this is a residential neighborhood and neighbors have to be respected. Please treat our home as if it was your own.
(A $1,500 fine will be imposed if any parties are held on the property.) NO outdoor campfires allowed! Sorry, NO Animals allowed. Hot tub will be drained for summer months. Hot tub NOT in use. (June, July & Aug)

Parking is on the driveway and in the street. No parking on the decorative rock around the home. If unsure on where to park, contact host.

Booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. No individual can book on behalf of underage individuals. The booking guest must be 25 years or older and staying at the home.

Propane for grill and heat lamps come full upon check-in, refills responsibility of short-term renter.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
If requesting late checkout, host needs to be notified 24 hours in advance to see if request can be accommodated. Late Check out fee is $50 an hour.
