Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great property
The check in was so easy and the kitchen is extremely outfitted for any cooking needs. Plenty of everything you could possibly need. There were even spices! We only ate breakfast at the condo but I will remember this condo for further travels.

Cozy Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Timber Fox. The condo was beautiful, well appointed and extremely clean! There was a short walk to the shuttle bus to Winter Park,so the location was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the amenities in the condo and at the property. My daughter said, "I could live here!"

Great condo and location!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed over the holidays and it was so charming that it was decorated. It really felt like a homey place rather than a generic condo. The view out the back was also really nice and it didn't feel like it was in town (mostly quiet!)
We also loved how well stocked the kitchen was with so many cooking tools and the basic oils and spices were there as well.
My only criticism was the living room furniture. It was hard for all 4 of us to sit and watch a movie together as there was only one couch and two separate chairs. Also that little side table was glass and easy to tip over.
Overall we loved this place and would def come back!
