The Space:

Note: The photos show the unit type you’ll be staying in. The property features multiple studios with the same layout; décor may vary slightly from unit to unit, but amenities, bed setup, and sizes are consistent throughout.



This 28 sqm / 300 sq ft studio comfortably accommodates up to two guests. During your stay, you’ll enjoy access to the enclosed pool area, featuring generous seating, a built-in firepit, and a BBQ—ideal for relaxed afternoons and evenings. The pool is surrounded by greenery and thoughtfully enclosed for added privacy and comfort.



Inside the studio, you’ll find:



• A king bed with a nightstand and reading lamp.

• An armoire-style closet and a full-length mirror.

• A small table with two chairs for dining or light work.

• A wall-mounted Smart TV for downtime moments.

• Two complimentary water bottles, a coffee maker, starter coffee packets, and cups.

• A mini fridge for added convenience.

• A full bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, and space to unpack your essentials.

Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property. To access the building, just enter the code and a separate code is provided to enter the room. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

The property is located on the west end of La Paz’s Zona Comercial, just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón (the famous beachside promenade), so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots! Here are some of the highlights to check out:

- Swim with Whale Sharks (Season Oct 1 to April 30)

The property is approximately 12 km |7 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level rooms. There is no elevator.

- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please note that there are mosquitoes in the area during the summer.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

- Please note that you may come across some stray cats in the area. They are part of the local community, and we appreciate your understanding!

- For security reasons, the main door and the gate must remain closed at all times. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty fee of $250 USD.



Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the room and shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
