We have recreated this Beach Front unit into a small creative space that will

be perfect for a couple or a couple with one child.



You will have your own private entrance and private deck with a beautiful view

of the beach. We have a Large Smart TV, High speed Wi-Fi. We have one Queen

Size Bed.



We are also pet friendly (with a $99 pet fee for each pet) with a fenced in

yard. Parking is right outside your door.



### **The space**



Come stay with us and enjoy this most unique beach front home. For anyone who

is looking for an economical stay, and is ok with angled ceilings and smaller

spaces this unit is perfect. We are right on the beach with a fenced in yard

and we are pet friendly.



As is typical with attic units, it has angled ceilings and is perfect for

those who do not need an abundance of space. This loft/studio has one Queen

Size Bed. It is ideal for a beach-loving couple looking for a budget-friendly

space.



You will have your own private entrance and deck. It has a Large Smart TV,

High speed WiFi and Off-Street parking.



We are also pet friendly with a fenced in yard.



The house was built in the early 1950's and can have typical flaws associated

with an older home. If you are in need of perfection, this may not be the

perfect property for you. However, if you want to be on the beach in an

economical way, this unit is ideal for a couple as there is only the one queen

bed.



We have a shared backyard that is fenced and perfect for the little ones (two

legged as well as four legged) to run and play. The yard is shared with the

main house below, so please keep it clean and pick up after your dogs!! The

Beach is just on the other side of the dune and is visible with a beautiful

view from the deck/porch.



Parking is right outside your door.



One parking space, but if you will be traveling in two cars, we do have some

additional parking next door.



### **Other things to note**



No events or parties allowed.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
