Amazing views and location

This rental is located just minutes away from downtown. Accommodated 7 people comfortably. One thing missing is better stocked kitchen. There was no dish soap to use or dish rags, could have better food storage/containers for storing or cooking. There was no cleaning supplies to help keep common areas clean. Basics in the kitchen so people don’t have to all bring olive oil for example would be nice. Some cooking pans are really scratched and unusable.The railing in the deck came off and could have really hurt someone. We did let management company know and they did send someone out to patch it up, but not a permanent solution.

Perfect Location

Location is everything. Nice easy walk to town or the marina on the path that is right by the residence. Great view of lake Dillion from the patio. Was plenty of room for my entire family This place is perfect!!!!

Great property for family gathering

This property was accurately described and very clean. Very easy access to bike trail to Lake Dillon and downtown Frisco. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, silverware and large cooking pots and pans for large family cooking. Dishwasher is very quiet and fridge is large. Definitely a property to rent again. Master bed mattress extremely poor and warn out. Property management tried to accommodate but owners must not make a change. Other rooms mattress are minimal at best, not really fit for adult sleeping. Road noise very present as it's last unit in row right next to busy street. Kitchen minimally equipped. Picture make kitchen/dining/living look larger than it is.

Great Location

The location of this property is great. right on a lovely marsh area, walk to peninsula trails, walk to main st. It is the closest property to the main road, however and the road noice in the morning was loud. There is one master bedroom and the other rooms are really not ideal for adults. Please advise if you're traveling with multiple families. For a home that had beds for 9, there was no living room space that can comfortably fit 9 people. That was not ideal. The hot tub worked for only 2 of the 6 days we were there. I contacted Great Western about this issue and had a bad customer experience with them. There is no Tupperware in the kitchen, making it hard to save food or pack for picnics. The location made up for all of this.

Ill equipped and in need of repair

We were dismayed at the state of the unit and its contents. The listing boasts accommodations for 9. That would be sleeping only. The dining set seats 6. The family room seats 4. And the not tub only 4. Add to that really unusable furniture in many rooms. A game table used as an end table near a couch with 2 chairs nearby and a hard wooden bench seat completely confounds the downstairs bonus room. It too only seats 5 unless you want to sit on a hard wood bench away from all. Every room needed the attention of a handyman and a carpet cleaner. Drawers off their track, horizontal blind header hanging vertically, shower caulking moldy and crumbling,etc. queen pillowcases on king pillows. The kitchen was ill equipped with old peeling teflon plans and time-for-the-trash sheet pans. There wasn’t a complete, matching set of any glassware or dinnerware. The can opener threads were so worn, that didn’t work. Completely missing some essential kitchen stock including any serve ware, salad bowl and tongs, muffin tins, loaf pan, blender, and mixer. Also missing - a dish drainer which made drying difficult with the 2 threadbare kitchen towels. The glassware and dinnerware was a hodgepodge of mismatched and incomplete items. Everything about the unit was tired and lacking in attention to detail. Guests are paying to stay there and with a recommendation of “hosting dinner parties” as an activity would suggest a welcoming, well equipped entertaining area. It sorely needs attention.

Great Spot, we got unlucky with the hot water heater

Great and convenient place to stay for a ski trip. Lots of space and clean. Unfortunately we got unlucky with the timing of the hot water heater going out, but management was kind about the situation and was able to compensate us.

Great place to stay!

The townhome was perfect for our sisters trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Easy to find, close to everything, stunning view of the mountains and the lake. Only a couple of minor issues - the patio door would not lock and the outdoor fireplace would not stay lit, even with a full tank of gas. We couldn't get a hold of the property manager over the weekend on the app as they were closed. They did offer a phone number which I discovered later, for emergencies. The door wasn't an emergency so I didn't call. But just to know that it's outside the app for weekend support. Overall, 10/10 would stay here again! We're already talking about staying here for next year's sisters trip!

Amazing location, beautiful view!!

Mountain stay for the weekend with family. Plenty of room for a couple of families with kids. Clean house, great location and close to town. Will definitely be staying here again!
