This is our second year staying at this condo. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and provides a great view. The condo is right on the beach (short walkover to be on the beach). Pool is clean with chairs for sitting and sunning. If you like to fish the longest pier in Florida is right next door.

The view was wonderful, and that's what you pretty much pay for with this room.Other than that we were not impressed, unfortunately. We are a group that normally doesn't have any issues with condo rentals, but this place really just hit all the wrong buttons.First, the kitchen wasn't fully stocked.. I had to use dishtowels for oven mits. 3 rags aren't going to clean up much of a mess, and a crockpot the side of a cereal bowl isn't going to make a meal, one mixing bowl isn't going to mix much for a large meal.. the list goes on Second, we understand they're rules and regulations per every stay. BUT this place had a "Paul Blart" pool cop that would not let their be any fun. It was to the point several people we ran into commented on the disrespectfulness and rudeness of his manner when he would tell us to obey by rules. I get that we all need reminded to not have drinks in the pool, or wearing a wristband, or having an umbrella at the pool (the list goes on) , but there is no need to be rude telling people. (WE are all in vacation, and enjoy ourselves. Don't be rude!) ---Stated on the back of the door in the room there is a sign that says the security is respectful.. unfortunately that is not correct! Third, the room itself was kind of of dirty.,. The couch needs updated BAD! lots of stains. Counter top as well. The trim needs a good scrubbing. I wish I could recommend this place to future guest.. but I just cant..

A wonderful property with great amenities. A very short walk to the beach and the pier. The property was very clean and the pool was well maintained our entire stay . I would definitely stay here again.

30th Anniversary Trip

The view was amazing, the staff was receptive and informative. Great area by fishing pier, ocean was user friendly, pool okay.The condo itself needs work! Countertop in kitchen stained, needs replaced. Trim in condo needs painted really badly. Mismatched furniture needs addressed. Chairs inside were too tall for table, couple chairs outside were too low for table. King mattress could be upgraded. TVs were really small. One in bedroom didnā€™t have cable so not usable. One in family room small, needs upgraded. Storage in this unit was really tight.Loved the area but wouldnā€™t stay in this condo again in its current condition. Other condos at this price are much nicer like Silver Shells in Destin.

Fun in the sun

My daughters and I come to Navarre every summer. This was our first time staying here. We had the best week. The room was clean, beachy and so cute. The views from the balcony are everything. We will be back.

64th B-day Vacation

Excellent view of Gulf of Mexicoā€™s longest fishing pier. Everything you need except for food. Small TV in bedroom. Security was impressive for beach access. Pool clean and well maintained. Pool chairs could use some bleach and a good hosing off. A green tinge from the overhead view.

We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend to others. The only complaint I had was that there was only one garbage bag left for us and there was no dish detergent.

Rules weren't regulated

Overall the property was up to par. Cleanliness of our room was good. Noticed there weren't any batteries in Master bed remote. Room need to be sprayed..noticed a few bugs in one of the bathrooms, in the Master bedroom, aswell as the ceiling living room. Also, there were people drinking (smoking/vaping) in the jet pool..I figured the Security was headed to handle situation, but instead he walked passed them and clearly ignored the situation..when instructions was given and signs were posted not to do otherwise. But overall, our stay was good in spite of.
