We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and want you to just sit back and enjoy your beach time!

Please note: Our weeks normally run Sat. to Sat. during the summer season. I have multiple units at the Regency and on Navarre Beach ~ love to look for other units at the Regency or other locations for you if unit 402 Regency is not available. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times. We require half the total due within 7 days of booking and the balance is due 30 days before check in. There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with a signed Rental Agreement. I look forward to helping you plan a great vacation on Navarre Beach.

Our condo has a wonderful oversized walk in shower in the master! We have added new blackout draperies and new sliders, windows, doors this year to enhance the view. Our furnishings and linens are constantly updated and kitchen is completely stocked. Beautiful, spacious and tropical décor ~ everything you need to create beautiful memories with those you love! We have a well stocked and upgraded kitchen as well as a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer ~ we will quickly become your "Home Away From Home"! We have 2 recliners and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Our condo comfortably accommodates 6 (8 if you use the sleeper sofa). Large private balcony with table, chairs and chaise lounge. Whether inside or outside you will be comfortable!

Unit 402 is spacious inside (over 1520 square feet of space) and out - a private 9 x 30 balcony! The balcony is comfortably furnished and the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or after dinner wine. You will enjoy our pristine white sand, emerald water, and everything that goes with it from inside or out! The Regency pool is heated from March to November and we have a great fitness center on the first floor for your use. COME ENJOY FLORIDA'S LONGEST FISHING PIER!

Whether it's your first time to cross the bridge to our island or your hundredth - it will take your breath away! We have 2 beautiful Regency units, so bring family and friends. If an upscaled but casual beach style is what you prefer then you will love either of our units. We believe in 'comfort care' even when on vacation! Come and relax and enjoy the beach life and sealife both inside and out. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are the most spacious on the island. We have recliners in the living space, comfortable dining and bar seating and ample furnishings on the balcony. Each condo is comfortably furnished and tropical in their decor for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf! We invite you to come join us on our beautiful island. Our Beach Front Road is open and you can once again drive from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach through the National Seashore.....a spectacual 17 mile drive!

Navarre Beach is truly a spectacular beach in the Panhandle that is a little over 3 miles long. The Regency complex has 300 feet of pristine white sand and only 104 units - very low density on our beach and in our pool! The island has three miles of unspoiled beauty and it has everything you are looking for as a vacation destination. If your idea of a great vacation is 'Relax, Relax, Relax' then come join us! Whether on the beach or lounging at the heated pool or on the 30 x 8 private balcony that only our Regency condos have, you will feel your cares and worries slip away. We all deserve a little 'down time' and we have tried to create an environment for just that.

Our second bedroom has two queen beds and is connected to the second bath in the unit. Each bedroom has a TV and ample closet space. The living area is spacious and well furnished. We have a queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliners to insure that you relax and enjoy your stay. The dining table seats six and there is seating at the bar for three. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen has beautiful, upgraded cabinetry and solid stone countertops. If you want to stay in and have great meals at the condo or just snack 24/7 - the kitchen will exceed your expectations. We also have a large spacious laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Our second home is not the typical rental unit and we try to have everything you might need or want at your fingertips.

When you are ready to go out for fun we have 2 great island restaurants within walking distance. Juana's beach volleyball games are also close by - you can easily walk to waverunner rentals, sailboats, etc! And if you enjoy biking, bring them along or rent them on the island. We have a wonderful biking/jogging path along the island. We are very convenient to the launching ramp for the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound. There is a great beach hut to rent bikes, surfboards, etc. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you choose to be......it's the perfect spot in the Panhandle of Florida. We appreciate the fact that you choose to spend your time and money with us and believe that our condos and the Regency will meet or exceed you expectations. BRING YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ~ I HAVE A SECOND UNIT ON THE 6TH FLOOR AND 2 OTHER 4TH FLOOR UNITS! Unit 402 is a No Smoking, No Pet unit. You must be 25 years of age to rent our condo. School breaks and holiday rates may be higher.
