Cozy with rustic charm, this comfortable home is the perfect Sunriver getaway for family or friends.

Quiet and peaceful set amongst ponderosa pines. Excellent location close to the Sunriver Lodge, the Village, and SHARC, and right on the bike path to enjoy the many miles of paved biking trails.

With a wood-beamed ceiling, comfortable furniture, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, the living area makes a cozy gathering space for your guests. A bright, fully-equipped open kitchen and a large dining room table make gathering together for meals easy. The home will also offer hours of fun with a pool table, a private hot tub, and an outdoor patio - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of local craft beer or Oregon wine.

House smelled really musty when we first got in, had to open all the windows and doors for a while. Given that it smelled like that, I assume no one had been in in a while, so I was even more unimpressed they wouldn’t let us into the house until 4PM when we asked. Great location though.

Perfect location- Grest home

My wife and two girls stayed at this very clean home. It had everything we needed and very close to the village. The pool table was fun and they were bikes absolutely zero issues and would stay here again.

Great location, not clean

Great location. When we went to get in bed we noticed animal hair all over the sheets. Even though the listing states it is a pet free condo. It was too late to wash the sheets ourselves at that point and I am allergic so it was a very miserable night. The next morning we pulled the blankets off to wash the sheets and there was a pair of socks (not ours) in the bed, at the bottom of the bed. The sheets had clearly not been washed. We decided not to stay a second night like we had originally planned. I have reached out a few times to get a partial refund, at least, but have not heard back from anyone.
