Tucked among the trees at the quiet end of East Butte Lane, this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath Sunriver cabin is the kind of place that invites you to slow down, settle in, and make yourself at home. With a classic river rock, wood burning fireplace, an open main level, and thoughtful spaces for gathering, 11 East Butte is a peaceful retreat close to the everyday fun of Fort Rock Park.

Step inside to a comfortable, easy-flowing layout where the dining area, living room, and kitchen all come together. Gather for meals around the dining table with seating for 6, enjoy movie nights by the fire, or pull up a seat at the kitchen bar while dinner comes together. Just off the dining area, the back deck offers patio seating, a gas BBQ, and a private hot tub made for quiet evenings under the stars.

The main level features a King ensuite bedroom and full bathroom, creating a restful space for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds, along with a second full bathroom.

When you’re ready to explore, take one of the provided bikes out for a ride through Sunriver’s scenic pathways, then come home for a game of ping pong in the garage, dinner on the deck, and a cozy night by the fireplace.

Please note: Like most Sunriver homes, this home does not have air conditioning. With cool mountain evenings, shaded pines, nearby rivers and lakes, and plenty of ways to unwind, it is well suited for a slower Central Oregon summer stay.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
