SOUTH OF FRANCE: Come and relax under the sun of SERIGNAN (34410) ....

In a small seaside village 3 km from Valras Plage and Sérignan Plage, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere of this picturesque village with a museum of contemporary art and lots of entertainment throughout the summer season .

Beautiful walks in perspective, picturesque villages of the Mediterranean south, Canal du Midi with its 9 locks, all sports .... nautical, horse riding, cycling, car and even on foot, bowling, karting, amusement parks, fairgrounds, Valras casino at 4km, disco, fishing, pétanque ... but also FARNIENTE!
Splendid hinterland (Haut Languedoc Regional Park) férias of villages but also of Béziers with its bodegas…

I offer you a 95 m2 apartment in a very quiet street 50 meters from the village square which hosts a regional market 3 times a week, and lots of entertainment throughout the season.

You have pharmacies, bakeries, banks, cafes, brasseries and restaurants and other shops 50 meters (including a bike and motorbike rental shop), Carrefour, Lidl, Mac Donalds, GIFI and others a little further.

The sandy beach and wild dunes of Sérignan is 3 kms away, you can get there both on your own, by bike (rental shop in the village), or by bus, 0. 30 cts the ticket (stop 50 meters).

The apartment, on the 1st floor of a renovated winegrower, can accommodate several families (up to 8 beds + baby).
It consists of a living room / kitchen of 40 m2 with island and dining table for 8/10 people, a bathroom with an Italian shower of 1.80 * 90, separate wc, 1 large bedroom of 16m2 with bedding in 160 cm (can accommodate a baby bed which will be provided if necessary) and a large wardrobe, a bedroom of 12m2 with bedding in 140 cm and closet, and a room furnished with 2 bunk beds in 90 cm.
In the living room, 2 sofas, one of which is convertible to 140 cm.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning hidden in the ceilings in all rooms with thermostat in the rooms.

The equipment available will allow you to travel light:

-washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, kettle, coffee maker, senséo, dishes….
-TV, dvd player (with dvd), WiFi access, pocket books, ....
- vacuum cleaner, steam generator ironing board, hair dryer,
-A baby cot can be provided with sheets on request at no extra charge.
-towels and bed linen are provided.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday, smokers are requested to do so on the balconies, animals are only accepted with the prior agreement of the owner.
Out of season, possibility of weekly or weekend rental, 2 nights minimum.

30% deposit will allow you to reserve your dates and the balance will be paid upon entering the premises.
A deposit of 500 Euros, not cashed, will be returned at most within 30 days.
Even if cleaning is included in the price, we expect you to leave the apartment with a minimum of cleanliness.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Schöne Sommerferien

Wir haben als Familie den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, an der Einrichtung hat uns nichts gefehlt und Muriel ist eine sehr symphatische Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus bekommen. Der Ort ist lebendig mit Restaurants, Bäckereien und großen Supermärkten um die Ecke. Zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit und man findet immer einen Parkplatz.

Tres beau sejour

La propriétaire était très aimable et nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous nous sommes sentis bien dans l'appartement bien équipé. L'emplacement est calme. Sérignan est une jolie petite ville qui propose de nombreux bons restaurants et des soirées. Le trajet jusqu'à la plage ne dure qu'environ 10 minutes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bel appartement, on se sent chez soi

L’appartement est grand, moderne, complet et très accueillant, il était un plaisir de rentrer après une journée en tour ou à la plage. Parking près de la maison de temps en temps un peu compliqué mais sans aucune influence sur l’a qualité au total. Situé bien au centre de cette petite, jolie et vivante ville et en même temps super calme les nuits. Muriel nous donnait des conseils quotidiens et précieux qui aidaient beaucoup. Sérignan est une ville avec plusieurs endroits pour rester et en même temps un pont de départ idéales ppour des tours 100% recommandable - grand merci !!!

Nous avons passé un week-end dans la région et avons apprécié ce gîte fonctionnel et moderne. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous raconte avec chaleur les détails sur sa maison. Elle nous a indiqué les bons commerces où nous avons pu nous y rendre à pied et les sorties à faire. Nos enfants étaient ravis de la décoration et espèrent revenir y passer des vacances!! SUPERBES VACANCES

Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances à Serignan. L'appartement est tres agréable, spacieux, trés bien équipé et conforme à la description. L'accueil est chaleureux, la propriétaire est trés sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. On revient l'année prochaine !!!!

Un appart bien situé avec un propriétaire en or.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos mises sur le site. Il est spatieu, beau, bien situé, tout près d'un petit place très sympathique où des marchés ont lieu assez souvent. L'accès n'est pas très compliqué. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent manger à l'appart, il n'y a pas tout pour cuisiner mais la propriétaire, qui habite au dessus, est vraiment très sympa et il ne faut pas hésiter à monter les quelques marches et à lui demande ce dont on a besoin. Il y a de beaux endroits à visiter aux alentours du village et la propriétaire vous donne de bon tuyaux pour des sorties sympa. Je recommande cet appart à tous ceux qui veulent profiter du bon temps dans le sud de la France avec des personnes charmantes et un propriétaire à l'écoute de ses locataires.
