Barracouta Bills is a 3 bedroom Duncan Bay Bach in The Marlborough Sounds. Enjoying a peaceful bush setting this classic kiwi getaway offers a cozy base for your next adventure, just minutes from the waters edge!

This is a classic, simple stay, A typical kiwi Bach. With a large new huge deck to allow for indoor outdoor entertainment. Wifi is available however limited, cellular hotspotting to run tvs may be required.

We try our best, however it is not a hotel or motel, no hairdryers provided. If you feel we are missing something, please write it in the visitors book and we will consider requests.

Pet Friends, yes your Dogs can stay inside. Property is fenced with a gate, however with the stream running threw if you dog is quite bright you will need to mitigate escapees from within the stream, fence boundary.

We have added a dog bed, it’s under the bunks. We added this as many folks were not mitigating dog hair on our blankets. We want to stay pet friendly, please use the dog bed. And the sheet provided, shake both into the garden when you depart. Dogs must be on leads, and we stress please pick up after your dog around the Bay.

This Duncan Bay Bach includes relaxed open plan living, with all the basics for an easy Bach escape. The fireplace ensures toasty winter stays, or set yourself up on the deck for cruisy summer BBQ's among tranquil bush surrounds!

Bedroom 1 at this Duncan Bay accommodation is fitted with a double bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a single bunk set, and bedroom 3 includes a queen bed plus 2 single beds.

Barracouta Bills is a great wee base for a low key Marlborough Sounds getaway... There is up to 6m boat parking on site, with a boat ramp a few minutes from the Bach. Plus, there are a selection of fantastic bush walks nearby, and PiPi Beach is just a 15 minute walk along Nydia Bay Tramp, for fishing, swimming, and surfcasting.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and Full Casting Ability and Neon are on hand for rainy days! The option to move to internet TV if the rain fade due to weather is also available.

This secluded and private location is 1 and a half hours from Blenheim, and 1 and a quarter hours from Nelson, making an ideal spot for a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle.

You are able to book cleaning if you require however this will only be available if the Manager is available at the dates you booking for. Costs of Booked in advance cleaning will be 3 hours at $90 for under 4 guests, and more for larger groups. All cleaning will still require you to removed rubbish as you leave, as there is no rubbish collection in the area. This cost will be paid into a separate so email enquires for this service.

Cleaning expectations within the laundry area. Cell Coverage is now available with the Bay, 1-3 bars within the property, a short walk closer to the Information Post will get u 5 bars! Security Camera now monitors the gate and drive, once you arrival has been dectected, this camera will be deactivated for your stay.
