The Edison is a cozy vacation home in a quite tugged back Fort Myers neighborhood central to many great locations. The home is surrounded with lush landscape for privacy and is right off the famous McGregor Blvd. with its line of king palm trees. Walk across the street to the Fort Myers Country Club for a round of golf or have a relaxing lunch/dinner and enjoy some live music while watching the sunset overlooking the golf course. Close proximity to Fort Myers' best attractions, historic Edison Estates, shopping malls, downtown Ft. Myers and the river district and great restaurant.
Only 15 miles to 3 of the top 10 beaches in the US, Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach.
This Florida style home features the décor of true tropical living. The Edison has a split floor plan with the main suite that opens to the pool. Large spa like bathroom with a whirlpool tub, his and her sinks, walk in shower with body jets are just some of the amenities that connect the main bedroom to the en-suite bathroom. A 37 inch smart TV in the main bedroom suite.
The other 2 bedrooms feature queen bed with each a private bathrooms and TVs.
The kitchen, nook area and living room make up the center of this cozy home. A formal dining room is connected and has amazing views of the pool and lanai when having your dinner. A game room with a pool table, electronic darts, bar and TV are also available and are located behind the kitchen.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, TV, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, lounge chaises and cooking outside in the build in kitchen with BBQ station with its tropical landscape surrounding the home for privacy.
The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler.
