Guest Access:
This is a family home with a backyard available for your use. Please feel free to enjoy any amenities provided. However, we kindly request that you maintain a reasonable noise level throughout your stay, especially when using the backyard, as a courtesy to our neighbors.

The Neighborhood:
We are in one of the best neighborhoods in Portsmouth. Quiet, secluded and residential, with a large fenced in backyard behind the home and plenty of space to the right of the driveway. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest!

We're just 8 minutes from Portsmouth Hospital, 4 minutes from downtown Portsmouth and 9 minutes from the beach!

Getting Around:
We have plenty of space for parking - 4-5 cars in the driveway as well as free street parking. We also store 2 bicycles in the garage with helmets for our guests to use. You can walk to downtown in about 25 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.

FYI- To help maintain the plumbing system, we kindly ask guests to run water for a few minutes in sinks or showers that aren’t used regularly during your stay.
