Casa Bella is a stunning five-bedroom, five bath home, located in a gated community. Only a short walk to the calm waters of the Sound (Intracoastal coastal waterway) or a two block walk, about half a mile, to the Gulf of Mexico's with its famous white sand beaches and its emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious features, such as whitewashed wood flooring and stunning granite in the gourmet kitchen for your perfect beach vacation setting. In the garage there is a one of a kind entertainment area with its own kitchen with a large ice maker for those long beach days or for fishing outings. There is a charger for your electric vehicle.

Casa Bella sleeps twelve guests comfortably with 8 Adults & 4 Children. The gem of a master suite, is on the top floor, with a king sized bed. The bathroom has a soaker tub, 2 person shower is pure luxury. The 2 other guest rooms on the top floor have queen-sized beds with their own private bathroom suites. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. The main floor has one guest room with a queen-sized bed with its own private bathroom. The other guest room is the bunk room with a single on top, full on bottom and below the twin is a trundle, with a shared full bathroom.

You will fall in love with the soft beach dƩcor throughout the home. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the living room that has room for the whole family. You will enjoy having family dinners in the dinning room. Next to the living room is a stunning enclosed Florida room with views of the Sound. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee.

Casa Bella offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the two decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.

There is also an outdoor shower, beach chairs for everyone. Outdoor grill. 2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 deposit. Additional 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent.

Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motorboat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

Great vacation house!

The house was perfect for our first time at Navarre Beach. Fun outdoor area for grilling and games in the evenings, easy golf cart ride to the beach, and spacious house for 9 of us.

Each room having its own bathroom was a huge perk for us! The golf cart was an added bonus that made getting to the beach with all our stuff so easy and convenient. Since it only seated 4, we were happy taking a couple trips or even just walking. Itā€™s a very walkable distance, as well! The house had even more amenities than we could have anticipated which made for an even better week! We would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bella! The backyard beach area was wonderful, having a golf cart was such a help for our older generation travelers, and proximity to the sound is great! The house was large and open with plenty of space for everyone. I would say my only downside is due to the layout of the house, there are not many windows with a view from the main living space, though there was oodles of natural light. The master bed and bath was amazing! Our host was super responsive to two minor issues that arose and was great at communication.

Great house!

This was a great place to stay. The house was large and had more than enough room to accommodate our party of 10. Having the golf cart and beach chairs available on site was a great added value! It was just about a fun 2 minute golf card ride to the beach entry and walking was definitely an option. Would 100% stay there again!

My family loves Navarre beach and this place did not disappoint. Each room and itā€™s own bathroom and there were plenty of beach supplies and chairs. The golf cart was perfect for taking umbrellas, towels, coolers, extā€¦. To the beach. Overall a super great experience!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its prime location ā€”an easy walk or short golf cart ride to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. Whether we wanted to take a leisurely walk along the shore or grab dinner at a nearby seafood spot, everything was conveniently close.The house itself was stunning. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and included a spacious en suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for everyone in our group. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for gathering together or relaxing separately. The furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the highlights was the community pool ā€”a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. We also loved the variety of available outdoor activities in the area, from paddleboarding and biking to simply enjoying a glass of wine in the backyard. This beach house truly offers so much for families. We canā€™t wait to return!

Beautiful Way to Ring in the New Year

My son is stationed in Hurlburt Field, so for the past 4yrs the family comes down to ring in the New Year with him. Every time we come we stay in beautiful homes from Destin to Fort Walton to Navarre, and this was the best and most reasonable pricing. The pictures didnā€™t do enough justice, the beach house was better than expected. The family truly enjoyed their stay.

Beautiful property and very clean. Had everything we needed for family dinners and grilling out. The party area in the garage was perfect when we grilled out and the ice maker was a big help when we got ready for the beach It was great to have the golf cart and we rented an additional due to our family size (9). The gulf beach is walkable, but too far for my 2 year old granddaughter. Diana and Chad were very easy to work with and receptive to my questions.

I wish I could say bad thingsā€¦

This place was just perfect for our familyā€¦a true 10! I am afraid if I tell all the good things it will be so booked we wonā€™t be able to stay the next time we are in Navarre. The property was fully stocked with everything you would need. You shouldnā€™t bring a pack and play, or shovels, or chairs, or even hatsā€¦It is there. The real game changer for us was the golf cart. It made getting to and from the beach with small children an additional treat, (although it is walkable). The rooms were comfortable and an easy layout for children and in-laws. Even the neighbors were nice! The boys said it wouldā€™ve only been better if Bo Derek had come out of the water on the inlet side! We will definitely book early for our next visit!

This house is very spacious and every room is decorated beautifully. It has tons of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to haul it all. There are beach towels in the laundry room. Our family loved cooking in the open kitchen and grilling on the gas grill. The ice maker and extra fridges downstairs were a lifesaver in helping us always have cold drinks. Surf was very rough one day, so it was awesome to have the community pool to take the kids to. The property is very well maintained. Booking and getting all questions answered was super easy with Diana, the property manager - excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It was the perfect place to bring our kids, from all over the US, together. We love Navarre and will definitely be returning!

The house is beautifully decorated and has all needed amenities. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom too. There are quite a few stairs if traveling with anyone with mobility issues. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, but I was disappointed in a few minor things. There were gnats inside the home because of trash being left from the previous renters left in the garage. The owners had the trash cans washed and cleaned after the trash was removed.The sink in one of the bathrooms completely fell from the granite but once again, the owners acted promptly and had maintenance repair it immediately the following day.Although the description of the stay indicated a 4-6 seat golf cart was included, it wouldn't have been if I had not inquired about it with the owners. There was no communication with me prior to let me know rental agreements had to be signed and driver's licenses provided. Once this was provided, they automatically provided a 4 seater which did not accommodate my family of 6. If the owner had communicated, we could have had the 6 seater that was advertised with the booking of the property.Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and location. We would recommend to others.
