This Condo is the perfect location for your next getaway! Yacht Club Villas #2-803 is in a high rise building located in the desirable community of Barefoot Resort and offers gorgeous views of the Intercoastal Waterway! Enjoy a cocktail on the balcony while watching the boats go by or you can watch the fireworks at Barefoot Landing during the Summer Season.

When you walk into the condo, you will see how large the condo is! It has recently been freshly painted throughout and is beautiful! The kitchen has so much space to cook your favorite meals and is fully stocked. There is a great breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and living room. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and has a large Flat Screen TV to watch your favorite shows. Sit out on the comfortable balcony and enjoy the views of the City and Barefoot Landing. You will feel so relaxed!

This spacious unit will sleep up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom is right off the living room with 2 queen Beds, its' own balcony and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds with its own bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with its' own bathroom as well. This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for your use.

Barefoot Resort has one of the largest pools in South Carolina and it is located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes away & there is beach access all along Ocean Blvd. In the summer, there is a free shuttle that will drop you off at the beach access if you don't want to drive. There are four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort along with a gorgeous clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes. Across the Waterway is the popular Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and much more.

Great property, fantastic location. So much room for a family vacation. The pool was spectacular and there is so much to do within a short distance.

Great Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly what the pictures show. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great view of the water and activities across the lake. The pool was wasn't too deep, so it was perfect for the kids and adults for just relaxing. We would definitely book again.

Great views

Had a great time at the villa. Fabulous view of the canal and Barefoot Landing. My only real complaint was that pool closes at sunset. They really need to allow night swim while it's not so sunny out.

Great property with a lovely view

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The view was great. We walked across the bridge to Barefoot Landing for shopping and entertainment. The pool was large and nice. The grocery store was close by. And the beach was a short drive away. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo. We love staying here primarily because of the large pool and our grandchildren love it. It is also conveniently located to a lot of things in the area.As far as condos in this resort, we have stayed in about 3 or 4 different ones over the years, and this particular condo was the best. It was clean, comfortable and the furniture was nice. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable. I can't say that about other condos we have stayed in.Regarding the staff at VRNMB, they were very friendly and caring and helpful. We really enjoyed doing business with them.

60th Birthday Girls Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and location! Love Barefoot Landing resort. OFfice was extremely helpful and friendly. Only small complaint was coffee maker filter/grounds wasn't empty/clean. There were some clothing tags left in closet floor. Pool card did not work. FYI, there were no kleenex or garbage bags in the condo to get you started. Other than that, we will be back and would recommend condo!

That is not one of our amenities. We do supply garbage bags so not sure what happened. We look forward to helping you again.

Great Stay after the 1st Day

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into a very messy condo. It wasn't clean, beds weren't made and kitchen very dirty. Additionally, the hot water heater was broke. They were able to get everything taken cate of in a few hours, but wasnt hapoy to travel over 8 hours to a dirty condo. We were told that someone would reach out to us by tge end of our stay and that didn't happen. We went in to talk to someone when we were checking out and was again told someone would call us Monday. That didnt happen either. Management should do better with following through with what they say they are going to do. Overall, still a nice place to stay.
