This modern villa is composed of a kitchen and a living room open on the terrace and the swimming pool.

On the lower floor, two beautiful bedrooms are located on either side of the villa and each has its own terrace. Flamands Beach is just a 1-minute drive away.

The bravest can walk there in 5 minutes.
