The nearly new apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
Living room has a double sofa bed. Timber floors are throughout the apartment.
The apartment is sparkling clean, private and secure. Only residents with the secure tag can access the level from the lift.
The place can easily get to Bankstown train station, Yagoona station, Bankstown shopping center, Sydney CBD, and airport.

For our purposes a very good place to stay. Quite. A couple of downsides. The pots all needed washing and one had been burnt and left in the cupboard. Some of the plates and utensils also needed washing due to obvious food left on them. The on suite bathroom had a mouldy smell coming from the cupboard under the sink. More bedding would have ensured we didn't need to run the oil heaters overnight as we couldn't work the air conditioner but we would prefer more blankets regardless.

Lovely clean property. Nice having 2 bathrooms with good showers. Slightly cold as couldnt get heat pump to work, but there were oil heaters for each room. Not many glasses to use and could have done with an extra chair in lounge area.

William was very clear in his instructions. The apartment was clean and tidy although the building was a little bit dated. It was everything we required and the balcony was a bonus

This apartment is exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with all the necessary amenities.A few small observations for improvement: I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom, which may be something to address with additional pest control. The shower could also benefit from a bit of adjustment, as water tends to splash beyond the shower area, leaving the bathroom floor wet after use.Additionally, the instructions for retrieving the key could be simplified. The current process feels a bit complicated and could be made clearer with more concise wording. Rephrasing this using free tools like ChatGPT could help make the instructions easier to follow.These are minor points and don’t detract from the overall positive experience. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay and hope these small suggestions can help enhance the experience for future guests.

Modern design. Has pull out couch for additional sleeping accommodations. Has wifi, not mentioned in ad. Nice balcony. Overall, very pleased.

It is super clean, convenient and safe. Only residents with the secure tag can access the level of the unit from the lift, and other people cannot access this level. It is in the heart of Sydney metropolitan area and can easily go to any area of Sydney. If you need to buy grocery, the huge shopping center is just nearby.
