This bright beach 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ocean views condo is a stylish retreat checks all the boxes for a Cocoa Beach vacation! Location is the best of both worlds: Being about a mile south of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jon's a short walk down the beach. You're steps from the white sand, and an easy drive or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach and Orlando.

An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, fully stocked kitchen. A master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom! Located in the mix of Cocoa Beach with views of the Kennedy Space Center, the Banana River, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. You are also close to Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and Theme Parks. Place was as advertised and looked exactly like the pictures, clean, well appointed, and was perfect. Nice to have a balcony and the ocean and pool view. Would definately stay again if ever in Cocoa again!

Great last minute getaway

We were pleasantly surprise how stocked the place was from cooking supplies to beach gear. I would highly recommend for a family vacation. If I had to change anything I would have better shower heads and add a little softness to the bed.

Great Location

Right next to the beach. Condo had all we needed to enjoy the beach. Great places to eat and shop. Close to the peir althought due to weather we didn't get a chance to walk down the peir. Pool was nice and heated hot tub was hot. Great place to enjoy a relaxing beach vaca 😎.

Extra nice condo.

Condo had a great layout for a family. Well equipped, easy check in, easy check out. Easy access to beach, close to all shopping. Short drive to cruise ship ports. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great building/Condo. walk right out of the elevator to the pool or the beach! Everything is a short car ride away. You can even walk next door to Gregory's steak house. Excellent food/drinks.

Convenient to everything!

Everything was provided; they really thought of everything. All the linens, dishes, silverware, and appliances were made available. Beautiful pool, close to the beach, convenient to all shops, stores and restaurants. And very reasonably priced!

We had a wonderful time staying in this very comfortable, nicely decorated condo. Property manager was very responsive and easy to contact. Easy check-in and check-out. Would come back and stay again!

Great Choice

The property is as pictured and described. Very nice. Communication with the owner was great. It’s a corporate owner, so always someone there to answer the phone if needed. Lots of communication in the days before, right after check in, and before check out. We would certainly stay again.

Great condo located near stairs and a short walk to elevator. Only downfall for us were the beds are quite firm. The space is very clean and was well stocked with daily supplies. We enjoy the area and this property is conveniently located near many shops, stores and restaurants.

The perfect place to stay on the Beach

I can only say positive things about this great place! We stayed for a week at Cocoa Beach and really enjoyed it to the fullest! Easy entry directions came in advance by mail. When we couldn't get the TV going, it took only a couple of hours to get great directions by a YouTube-video to get it going by ourselves. All the rooms were very clean. Great is that you'll find beach chairs, body boards and beach umbrellas to use on the beach! Even some toys for the little ones! And it is steps away from the beautiful beach! We'll be back!

Beach home away from home

We had an excellent stay at Sand Castles in Cocoa Cocoa Beach. The apartment was roomy and decorated beautifully. We appreciated having a washer dryer and full kitchen. The boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, toys, and after sun gel were great. We came for a sports tournament and it was so helpful to have a cooler and water bottle available for day trips to the stadium. We didn’t use the pool but the beach access and life guards were great. Ample parking, close to stores and restaurants. We stayed at the International Palms last year and this was so much better! We would recommend snd stay again. Only issue we had was no hot pad for the oven! Clean, quiet, fun place!

Wonderful Accomodations

Stayed for five days at this condo with my granddaughter. Such a great place to stay! The condo is beautiful and very clean! So nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an elevator. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want -just need to grab groceries. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we so enjoyed hanging out there. And the beach! Walk right out of the resort to the beautiful beach where we were so lucky to watch the space launches! So glad to have all the beach toys in the closet in the condo like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards.... I had a question about how to operate the TV and received a quick response which was wonderful! I was a bit leery of renting this condo because of the noise disclaimer but that was not an issue as the condo is very quiet! Plus we were always on the go seeing all we could see thanks to Zareh's texts of ideas and discounts! Looking forward to bringing more family there next year and will definitely stay there again!

The condo itself was lovely. The amount of noise throughout our stay not so much. It seems the people above us were remodeling and all we heard the entire stay was hammering and drilling. Also, below us and to the right side of us there was dogs that did nonstop barking. We'd definitely stay again minus all the extra noise. The condo was fully stocked so you really just had to bring your stuff and own food. Definitely recommend to others, just be aware that there may or may not be loud animals and people remodeling.
