This bright beach 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ocean views condo is a stylish retreat checks all the boxes for a Cocoa Beach vacation! Location is the best of both worlds: Being about a mile south of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jon's a short walk down the beach. You're steps from the white sand, and an easy drive or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach and Orlando.

An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, full kitchen. A master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two double beds in the guest bedroom! Just spent a week at sandcastles in cocoa beach. The condo was exactly as described. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Having the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas are super convenient. My only suggestion would be black out curtains in the master bedroom. Overall a great experience.

Great stay at the Sandcastle

Property was just as advertised Steps from the beach, chairs and umbrellas for us on property. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was a great size and had a full size fridge and large pantry more than adequate for our breakfast , lunch and snack foods and drinks, as well as a dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer. Pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Loved our stay!

Family Beach Week

We had a great week in the Ocean front sandcastles condo! We had everything we needed. Kids loved the skim board, & 2 boogie boards! Beach is amazing.We didn’t think extra cost for being beach front was worth it. We couldn’t see ocean or pool from condo. We were close to both but extra cost not worth it. Could have daved choosing a condo a couple doors down.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Beach access was great, property was very clean, and we loved the location. Communication by property manager was perfect. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy our time in Cocoa Beach. The only drawback was the queen beds in the second bedroom and the couches were much too soft and not very comfortable. But, the direct oceanfront and first floor location was fabulous. I'd suggest replacing the mattresses in the near future. That being said, we did have a lovely stay. were too soft

Overall it was good. I opened the closet door in my room and it fell off the track and hit me in the head. Tried to put back on but wouldn’t so I’m guessing it was never on track to begin with. Did’t speak or see anyone in person and all done through e-mails. Also a Karen at the pull popped my kids pool ball ….not cool. Said she lived there so I guess that gives her permission to be mean to children!

Great property for a family vacation

I can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this property! The check-in and check-out process were very easy and straightforward. The condo is spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler were also available. We cooked a fair bit of our meals at home, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Note for families traveling with young children: there was a toddler bed in a box and a Pack'n Play in the closet, also plenty of plastic cups and plates. The AC worked well. No complaints about the wi-fi. We loved being on the first floor. The gated access to the beach is only steps away from the patio. The condo complex was also clean, quiet and peaceful. The majority of the people we saw there were either families with kids or older couples, and this was exactly the type of place we wanted for our family vacation with a toddler. I would gladly book this property again if we decide to come back to Cocoa Beach.

Excellent lodgings!

The condo is tidy, lovely, and spacious. It is right on the beach and couldn’t be more convenient. The pool is very nice, as well. Just a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and so many activities. Would definitely stay there again.
