Oceanview! This Beautiful Oceanview 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo A301 is located in A Building within steps to the Beachfront at the Top Rated 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on the beautiful island of Kauai.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

Located on the 3rd floor of A Building, closest to the Oceanfront. This well decorated 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers a Beautiful Ocean and Pool View with easy access to the elevator taking you within steps of Pool, Jacuzzi's, Water Slides and White Sandy Beach.

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality elegant decor.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. With the queen sleeper sofa this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Two televisions with a large selection of channels..

Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Really amazing property in heart of kauai

We are so glad we picked this place to stay in Kauai! It was half way between all the places we wanted to see and had a super cute downtown area. The resort was beautiful and the pool was amazing! We had an amazing two week trip!

The best place to stay on Kauai. Located in the perfect spot on the island and the property itself was gorgeous and very well taken care of. The beach behind the property was never busy or crowded either which was nice. The room was nice size and the bed was very comfortable as well.

Such a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time in Kapaa! Our host was very responsive; I reached out a few days before our stay to inform them about a change in guests, and they replied promptly. The property was clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Unit A301 was exactly as described in the listing, and the host was very responsive to all of my questions. We received clear instructions for accessing the unit and pool. In addition to having the Safeway right across the street, it was very easy to reach the other areas we wanted to visit on the island. We also received clear check-out instructions and were able to leave the unit in plenty of time to reach the airport.

Wonderful!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, updated, and we appreciated the pack n play, beach chairs, and coolers available for guests. It has an ocean and pool view, and free parking. It was family friendly, but also seemed to be great for adults without kids. We were lucky enough to see a monk seal resting on the beach at the resort property. The app was easy to use and had all of the necessary information included. We’re already thinking about a return trip!

Amazing

We've always loved the coconut coast of Kauai! So easy to get to anywhere on the island. This was our first stay at Waipouli Beach. Wow! Beautiful oasis in the heart of Kapaa and Wailua. Close to anything you need and good dining options. The condo is wonderful. Very nice appointments, top notch kitchen appliances, comfy bed, great tub...and best of all a great view of the Pacific and the wonderful sunrises. The pool area below is also fantastic. See y'all next time! ALOHA!!

Great Resort in Kauai

We enjoyed our 1st visit to Kauai. This room was beautiful and the resort has great amenities like a great pool, restaurant and bar on location, and a decent beach. The resort is conveniently located in Kapa'a which has a lot of local stores and restaurants. Kauai calls communicated well with us prior to our stay, left great instructions in the room, and was helpful with any questions. I did have an issue with the app they asked me to download, which was not compatible with my Android phone. However, Kauai calls responded quickly to my issue and sent me any information i would have needed from the app. Overall our stay was great and we look forward to returning here again next year.

Nice location and place

Overall we enjoyed the stay and place ended up serving us well. AC issues first day or two. Property mgt took care of us very well supplying alternative room till fixed. Would have been nice to have room cool on arrival which would have verified ac working. Shower a little musty smelling but not too bad. Did have Ocean view from one corner of room just not full view. Location perfect for exploring all parts of island. Restaurant only open for dinner. No pool bar. Pool was great and on beach access. Not a great swimming beach but great to sit out and enjoy. Will be back

Paradise!

We love Kauai, and this beautiful condo was our launching off spot! The condo is beautiful, equipped with all you need, has a lovely view, and has great amenities from the resort. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook breakfast and several other meals, as well. Two things to consider to improve this location: First, the shower leaked around the edges of the glass door. We discovered it with our first shower and the rest of the trip, lined the floor in front of the door with towels to collect the water. That needs to be fixed. Second, the glass top coffee table needs either to have rounded edges added or be replaced. It caught both of us in the shins on several occasions. I can see that having children around it could be hazardous. Epecially since it isn't attached. That's it! Those two small things are worth mentioning, but took nothing away from our stay in this condo. It was a wonderful week in beautiful Kauai!!
