The subdivision is directly off of Bear Lake Boulevard, and a bike/walking path lines the road. Bring your bicycles or rent them locally and get around town without the car! All your favorite restaurants are just down the street to the South.

Traveling North of the home, you'll find Bear Lake State Park marina and public beach, it's only a few minutes away. Keep traveling North and you'll reach North Beach State Park.

The home is furnished with all new appliances, furniture, linens, towels, and amenities. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Out the back door, there is a brand new hot tub; the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach or on the slopes! Guests are free to use the grill, picnic table, propane fire pit, and basketball hoop out back.

Main Level: Master suite (with king bed and en-suite bathroom), another bedroom (king bed), fully stocked kitchen (pantry included), dining/living area, laundry room, and additional full bathroom.

Upstairs: Living room with comfortable seating, television and game table (ping pong and pool table in one, it also has an optional table top for eating), two full bathrooms, a bedroom with a king (sleeps 2), a bedroom with two queens and two triple twin bunks (sleeps 10), and a bedroom with one queen (sleeps 2). A large game/theater room with two triple bunk beds (6 twin beds total), perfect for the younger ones in your group to sleep! The bunk room also has a built-in home theater, with a projector and 130-inch screen. There is plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy movie night together! There are also TVs in two of the bedrooms upstairs.

*The triple bunks have a weight limit of 110 pounds per top and middle bunks. The bottom bunk does not have a weight limit.

The driveway and two-car garage offer five parking spots for guests. There is EV charging capability in the garage for guests to bring their own cord to charge their vehicles.
