There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. The property is only 0.4 miles to the bike trail. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.

From east to west these are: Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Breakwater Beach, Saint's Landing, Mantes Landing and Paine's Creek.
